Remember, CNT has so much special treatment that it is almost impossible even for elite players to beat them. Only players outside top 150 have a chance to win matches against them.

Funny when I talked to you about how good HT is, when he beat 2 CNT players (WR1 and WR2) in 2022, how you been dodgy that fact. Everyone on TTD can be the witness of this.

And with the Indians, no single player took 2 and here you are with your tantrums.

Seems like this player knows a thing or two about playing high level table tennis.
Despite her low world ranking, which I suspect is from lack of oppurtunity to collect points (since there isn't much tournament partipation from ITTF stats), she has a very respectable win and loss against some reputable players.

took part in 7 WTT in 2023. So many Qualification outs, but many of them were against much higher level players and loosing in the decider.

She only had 96 points, should she get an extra 50 or 90 points, that would push her to WR120~100.
India being in Asia is also one of this countries that can't benefit from continental point gifts.

I always tell players, it is important to know how you won and how you lost. and I think with Ayhika, it is a clear fact that, she may not have the WR on paper, or enough "wins", but if you look at how she lost (and was so close to winning so many), she is actually a very respectable opponent, especially she has good results against CNT in both singles and doubles.

So it is very important to look at stats and go deeper than just whining for the sake of whining.

Sun Tzu said "Know the enemy and know yourself in a hundred battles you will never be in peril. When you are ignorant of the enemy but know yourself, your chances of winning or losing are equal. If ignorant both of your enemy and of yourself, you are certain in every battle to be in peril."

Malaysia ( aka Albino Unicorns ) is now leading two games versus Canada. MAS player won both MS#1 & MS#2.

CAN MS#1: Edward Ly.
CAN MS#2: Eugene Wang.

what a pity that our Malay friends couldn't seal it.
granted Eugene Wang is no longer the fearsome Wang Zhen of 10 years ago, but Edward is in good nick and on paper Canada is stronger by far.
A pity Malaysia didn't finish it off 3-0 and let Canada come back 3 at the end.

I actually wonder, what is stopping Malaysia from becoming a stronger TT country. It has a huge TT population, and has everything, but the players just need to move up 1 more level, then they up there with the rest.
