I wonder why the CNT second string players are not playing, there are ranking points to win and to lose. Maybe because it's Olympic year, more resources are devoted to the players in contention for Olympics spots.

Cho Daesong is definitely one of the most talented in the KNT and is left handed. His potential is high

She's with her NP Mallets teammates, Sakura Yokoi and Satsuki Odo, both of whom are equally as good. Wish the Mallets would have made room for Honoka Hashimoto.... best defender in the world and one of my favorites to watch. Looks like Akae (who beat Hirano at the All Japan) will be at the 2nd one, WTT Feeder Dusseldorf.

The name is Cho Dae-Seong, not Dae-Song. A lot of people here got it wrong, although it is not a big deal. But I think it is better to get it right since we are going to talk about him a lot in the future.

They've only played once at the 2023 WTT Star Contender Goa. LSD won 3-2.
CDS lost to Alexander Cassin in this Feeder tournament 3-1.

My picks to win it all are An Jaehyun and Sakura Yokoi. The Japanese women would probably have a 4th quarterfinalist, but Asuka Sasao was in the same quarter as Yokoi who defeated her 3-1. Odo has not lost a single game in both the Qualifiers or the Main Draw. She beat Lee Ho Ching 3-0 who beat Doo Hoi Kem 3-2.

An Jaehyun grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory. Up 2-1, 10-5 suddenly starts playing passively. Congrats WCT for the comeback.
Although Yokoi was my pick to win the women's singles, I'm just as happy for Satsuki Odo winning 3-1 over Lee Eunhye. Odo has a chance for a doubles crown as well which is coming up next.
