在賽後採訪中，林鐘勳表示：「很感恩自己在沒有受傷的情況下很好地完成了比賽。想對裕斌說聲辛苦了。」

Asian Team Table Tennis Championships-2025 (official title “28th ITTF-ATTU Asian Team Championships”) will be held from October 11 to 15, 2025, in Bhubaneswar, India.

2025 Asian Table Tennis Championships will be organized by the Table Tennis Federation of India under the authority of the Asian Table Tennis Union (ATTU) and the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).

The Championships will feature two medal events in the men’s and women’s team competitions.

Participants

Final entries must be submitted through the ITTF Entries Management System, providing all required information.
The entry system will open on July 31, 2025.
The final entry deadline is September 1, 2025, 23:59 (UTC+8:00).
Each association may enter:

• at least 3 players, but not more than 5 players for the Men’s Team event;
• at least 3 players, but not more than 5 players for the Women’s Team event.

No new entries will be accepted after the deadline — only changes or cancellations (modifications) are permitted. For accompanying persons (doctors, physiotherapists, etc.), please contact the Organizing Committee to confirm availability at the official hotel. Additionally, each association must send accreditation photos (JPG format) of their participants to the Organizing Committee for accreditation preparation.

Championship Playing System

The team events will be divided into the Championship Division and the First Division.
First Division Participation is based on the number of entries and includes all teams except the top six from the previous Asian Championships. All teams will be divided into groups of 3 or 4. In the first stage, each group plays a round-robin format to determine positions. In the second stage, group winners play a progressive knockout to determine the two best teams (winner and runner-up) that advance to the Championship Division. Other teams play progressive knockout matches to determine final rankings.
Championship Division Comprises the top six teams from the 2021 Asian Championships and the two best from the First Division. Play starts directly in a progressive knockout format to determine final standings. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the ATTU Technical and Referee Committee. The draw for the team events will take place at the Delegates’ Meeting. Order of play in team matches: A vs X, B vs Y, C vs Z, A vs Y, B vs X. All matches will be played best of five (5) games.

I can understand Kao withdrawing due to injury. I thought Feng was already selected in the team but instead was only selected after KCJ withdrew. Isn’t Feng the 3rd best player for Chinese Taipei or are there other players ahead of him other than LYJ and KCJ?

台灣隊在2021、23和24年連續3屆闖進男子團體決賽，其中過去兩屆都敗給中國隊獲得銀牌，但去年在哈薩克亞錦賽幫助台灣隊奪下銀牌的三大主力林昀儒、高承睿和黃彥誠今年都缺席。其中，世界排名11的林昀儒上個月在全運會就扭傷腳，上週在打完中國大滿貫賽後，也向桌協提出因傷無法參加亞錦賽。張佑安原本以林昀儒陪練員身分隨隊，也已取得印度簽證，桌協緊急向大會申請希望由張佑安遞補林昀儒參賽，但由於已超過可以換人的期限遭拒絕，桌協目前正透過管道向大會爭取換人。

而廖振珽雖然已在官網的參賽名單中，但迄今尚未拿到主辦方的邀請函，無法辦理簽證，台灣隊即將在10月8日（週三）出發，一連串的退賽意外也讓桌協中秋假期忙得焦頭爛額。

Well, the "northerners" (traditionally Pan-Blue) and "southerners" (traditionally Pan-Green) of the little island aren't that different seeing the majority of them (97% of the population) only immigrated from Fujian (the so-called Taiwanese language is actually Fujianese language) and Guangdong of mainland China some 100 years ago.
