Yasaka Sweden Extra, Powerallround, Allround Evolution have the same thickness, which is approximately 6 mm. I think it is the ideal thickness for allwood blades to deal with new 40+ plastic ball.

Composition wise:

Powerallround and Allround Evolution: limba - ayous - ayous - ayous - limba

Sweden Extra: anegre - limba - ayous - limba - anegre (if I remember correctly, especially the limba part)

While three of them are considered soft blades, but Sweden Extra gives you that bit of "crisp" feeling because of the anegre.

Speed wise, I think they are all about the same, depending on the weight of the blade.

Allround evolution is thinner and a little bit slower than Sweden extra. A have had both blades and if get of select one it must be the Sweden Extra. The only Donic blade I have experience with is Appelgren Allplay and this one is too flexy for me.

Cheers

The Yasaka Sweden Extra was mentioned a lot from you. While reading, I can see that a lot of users recommend this blade.
Sadly I don’t know anybody using it in my area.
YSE is IMHO a very nice, controlled and well-balanced blade, but I always felt that it lacked gears for your attacking style.
Hi everyone,
The reason I am looking for a downgrade of my current blade (off blades) is to become safer and get more balls on the table in match play.

My style of play:
Forehand dominant, topspin opening on backspin as quickly as possible, and direct follow-up to the point. Backhand all-round game (pushing, blocking, placement), but the soft top spin opening on backspin is also part of it and should be further developed.
Generally very "spinny" game with a lot of spin, rather less drives or direct game. Try to play near the table, from half-distance on the forehand but also actively with counter topspin / shots.

My rubbers currently: FH - Donic Bluefire M2 2.0 // BH: Donic Bluefire M3 1.8 or Andro Hexer Powergrip SFX 1.9

A light, smith like 78-80 g, Nittaku Acoustic would be a wonderful option. It is super controlled, very spinny and has much more gears. It's rated as OFF but a light Acoustic is really feels like an All+ blade with new balls. And later on switching to a heavier 90g Acoustic which is a proper OFF and as good a weapon as 5-ply goes.
As for rubbers, your mileage may vary, but I don't really like Bluefire, it's more of a straightforward direct hitting rubber to me really. I'd rather use Gold Arc 8 for your game.

The biggest problem with current ALL- to ALL+ blades is that they are too thin and therefore vibrate a lot during play. Can you choose of these blades that will have a lower speed but will still be stiff enough?

Vibration isn’t such a bad thing, especially at ALL/ALL+, since at this speed the characteristics are related to feel and spin rather than pure speed and power.

The trade offs are intuitive - counterlooping is more difficult but passive blocking is much easier.

To stiffen up the overall racket, there are other ways such as applying lacquer to the blade, using glue sheets, increasing sponge hardness or choosing a rubber with a stiffer topsheet (chinese tacky, G1, Evo, Mark V).

Or it can be physical conditioning related, such as exercises around hand strength like squeezing a squash ball or spinning a gyro ball to maximum RPM.

No doubt the best all round table tennis of all time it's Stiga All Round Classic with more than 1 million of blades sold.
I wouldn’t recommend this one. For an even lower price, the Neottec Vodoo Classic is better in every aspect. It’s a great blade. If you want more gears, go with the XIOM Offensive S. I love this blade even more than the Vodoo Classic because I feel it has more flex. A couple of guys in our club use this blade, and they all love it.

I played with your FZD ALC blade, and it does have a small vibration, which is desirable. But these blades vibrate really hard, and this characteristic is distracting and has little to do with feel.

It could be just personal preferences which is completely fine.

For me, FZD SALC is quite muted, there’s hardly any vibration. It’s more the softness and power that comes through compared to say to a Defplay Senso V3 which vibrates ALOT in a good way for me when I time the ball well. There’s alot of feedback during and after the ball leaves my racket.

I'm used to high vibration, even a Korbel Japan has a pretty muted feel for me. I never liked the less vibrating bats of club mates in the past.

I think the likes of a Primorac would have actually suited me better than a Korbel and in hindsight I probably made the wrong decision there buying Korbel over Primorac. Blades under 6mm have been the best feeling for me.

something that i think might be quite underrated are cheap soft carbon blades. Especially Palio has a few in that area. Palio Energy for example. A friend has a palio blade with softcarbon too. was like 25 bucks i think and it plays so nice and controlled. its not really overly fast. i would say, its quite similar to my Status Power Wood, however its a bit more crisp and the slightly larger sweetspot feels really quite nice, while it still feels kind of wood-like.
