LSD still has weakness in near the table defense, and often be pushed far from the table. Last time when they meet, Felix exploited this well by attacking strong, or making pressure with very fast pace rallies, to Lin's backhand. LSD adjusted this by stepping further, or turn around, but definitely there will be the empty forehand corner left uncovered. From US Smash, EU smash and WTT Macao, I saw that this kind of weakness of Lin was still there and it was exploited by others. This is matter of playing style, so I don't think it would be an easy match for Lin, and he might lose tmr (noting that Felix and Lin both have similar style these days).
Felix is stronger at the table, LSD is much stronger away from the table. I think Felix is working on more balance in his game, especially by strengthening his fh and fh-bh transitions, but he's not there yet. He doesn't seem sharp, and LSD does. I don't expect an easy match, but I'd be very surprised if LSD lets this one get away.

I don't think so. Nowadays Felix seems to win more points when he does rallies. The match point in QF was also a far from table backhand loop (so are many points in that match). Nowadays he is more relying on stepping far to turn on his spiny forehand instead of the ripping backhand, and only sticking to the table when his opponents have been pushed far. Also he did it well when facing WCQ, so he had some experiences with long and far from the table rallies game. Also remember that he has a day rest, so I think he is physically ready but LSD played on Saturday night. Moreover, LSD does not have good results against Europeans. In the nearest Grand Smash event he nearly lost to Gauzy, where his weak defence was a reason for such a thrill. I think Felix can do that too, he has the same weapons as Gauzy. I mean LSD is not unbeatable now, even when he was in China (Macao, for example), so everything can happen.

No, I'm not. Appreciating the opponent is the key thing that keeps sport, sporting.
Disappointed is one thing, abusive (like the crappy fans we're talking about) is quite another thing altogether

WCQ didn't perform badly. And you're not talking about criticism, you're talking about abuse. The fact you don't recognize this shows exactly the issue with your mentality.
You can be mad without being abusive bud. Huge difference. Let's use another sport as an example. You think fans booing an opposing team in soccer is abusive? Yet it's been done for many, many years. You think pundits who blast players on live TV are abusive?
No. I wouldn't. Some players have bad days and playing the WR no1 is daunting and if SM at 18 yrs of age doesn't have the belief or ability to do better than 1-4 then so be it. I commend him for beating XF, Franzisca and LJ.
The fact that you cannot imagine what it might be like in his shoes, V WCQ, in China being outclasses and overpowered and to still win a set at 0-3 down and after losing the previous set 3-11 shows your disregard for so many key things that it's laughable.
Why are you harping on about SM?
Classic childish deflection tactics because you cannot defend your own actions that shows you are exactly the type of problem fan causing the issues at the moment.
You are a total hypocrite on this subject.
sOmE pLaYeRs HaVe BaD dAyS. Ok bud like sora hasnt had the tournament of his life so far beating LJK and Franz, but then because he plays WCQ its "not his day." Sora has the talent and skills to beat WCQ, we saw that in Chongqing 2024. To just give up and show no heart is laughable. He has so much talent but always seems to play lazy or bored whenever things dont go his way. Should LJK give up against Hugo in 2021? Chen Yi vs Hayata in US this year?
Look in the mirror kid. When you've fixed yourself maybe give advice and criticise others.
Otherw your hypocrisy makes you look like an absolute idiot
You always seem to care so much about what I am saying and I'm flattered but really, I don't really care what you think. Name call all you want because that seems to be the only thing that you can do well in life besides spewing out this sOmE pLaYeRs HaVe BaD dAyS nonsense

I want to see a decider between XP and WCQ. Would be epic! Same with LSD and Felix.

Felix is improved away from the table, but I think LSD is the best in the world at it. Felix will have to hold the table more than he did against Chen, and continue attacking aggressively from both wings with fewer errors, if he wants to win this match. I don't think he's sharp enough right now to do it, even with his extra day of rest, but I look forward to finding out.

Now even far from the table rallies LSD couldn't win against Felix lol.

Congrats to Felix, finally he makes a Grand Smash final! A potential WCQ vs Felix rematch coming, unless XP wants his rematch badly LMAOO
XP wants no part of this. China will eat him alive if he beats WCQ and loses to Felix.
