Some data for Rxton 7 National, red, 38°: 100g incl. vacuum package, 75g with foil on topsheet. Boosted with two thin layers Seamon 2 and cut to 157 mm x 150 mm: 48g - 49g. Sponge came with a glue layer similar to H3N. No bad smell.
How does it play?
Thinking about trying out the 38deg version.

the red version is the provincial version and has a more porous sponge. for me it played a bit boring compared to the normal national version in 39 or 41. less of everything
The red is not the provincial version. It's a custom made version for one or some vendors, not an official Loki product.

For what level of play do you suggest rxton9 ? Like beginner? Intermediate?
rxton 9 is pretty hard to play even with booster. but easier to play then hurricane 3 boosted. i only need one layer for rxton 9 while i need two for hurricane. nothing for beginners and even intermediate. you need to have a solid form and footwork to get the best out of it

The model I used was TELSON GERMANY 450, not TELSON 100.
Although I did boost it, I felt that it had less bounce and rotation than the yasaka 飛龍 and 驍龍.
I meant what rubbers do you usually play, for comparison. Some players like really soft rubbers for example and when i use their rackets the feeling is awfull. But everyone have their own preferences. I tested a bunch of rubbers doing bounce tests and blind testing too, also playing matches helps get a more real scenario of how the rubber plays, since hitting for just some minutes creates a false impresion

I agree for the most part and want to add some points. I tried rxton9 today with 1 layer of haifu. coming from h3 bs, rxton 9 felt really easy to play. the spin is good, the arc is high and short and its really easy to put the ball on the table. I think it is a great rubber for the price of 20 € or less.

however, compared to h3 bs it really lacks power. with low-medium power rxton 9 (39 degree version) makes good speed but when you keep adding power h3 bs output is alot better. and, even though rxton 9 is more tacky than my hurricane, rxton 9 does not give the feeling of 'biting' the ball. The ball just bounces off (like using a regular tensor rubber), the quality and arc are good but I miss the dwell+launch effect of h3. I noticed it the most in the short game and from mid distance, when I went for sharp pushes over the table the ball didnt "stick" to the rubber like it would with h3. its not a problem but whoever considers to swap, you would have to get used to it

Overall a great rubber that I would recommend to many people but as usual, nothing beats the feeling of h3 bs

How does it play?
Thinking about trying out the 38deg version.

We are currently around mid-season so I didn't play that much with it and it is not on one of my normal blades which are also faster...
What I can say is that it has a similar medium/medium-low trajectory as a H3BS on that blade but higher than Telson 100 475 for sure. Base speed (light counters, low power loops) is higher than H3OS 38 and the trajectory is longer. When using more power it might be close to a similarly boosted B3 38 in terms of speed. B3 38 feels harder, even boosted more like a H3OS 39 and might allow more input before bottoming out but to confirm this I would need to compare them on the same blade.
Short game, long pushes etc. as expected for a sticky rubber ;) Nothing to complain, no unexpected quirks.
Very nice for spinny BH flicks. Overall has a very good grip on the ball (maybe because of the softer topsheet).
So far and If my memory serves me well than I prefer this Rxton 7 National over H8-80 or boosted Glayzer 09C.
More tests during winter-break...

Little review of Telson Germany 475, I usually play with dignics 05. Very little bounce, not fast at all, very controlled, very grippy, extremely easy to return serves and accelerating any ball. Low Throw as expected (thanks @Grumms) Boosted with 2 layers of haifu national yellow. Plays like a dignics 05 - 25 % slower so you can engage more in your shots, way easier for serves return than D05, spin potential not as high but let's say 85% of what you can expect from a great shot with D05 however, the spin is easier to create as you can go harder in the ball considering the low sheer speed of the rubber. Never tried Telson 100 but great backhand rubber for me. For the price it seems unmatched. I tried Stiga Mantra Pro M, hated it due to the innexistant grip in slow contacts, felt slippery compared to D05. I'd say 9/10 !

Solid review! If you dont mind can you record a short video? Some drives/loop, spin test, to hear the sound of the topsheet and look at the basic depth/throw 💪🏻🏓🙌🏻

Telson 100 is close to Germany. The semi sticky topsheet does not change a lot the behaviour of the rubber.

Here's a video with Telson 100 with 2 layers of JieChi green (there's a sound delay I can't fix) :

According to this chart from one of the sellers on Aliexpress, apparently Arthur China has the same Carbon Cake sponge.
Having just gotten both, the asia is on the carbon sponge but china is on a red sponge

My green LAC has a fragile white sponge that is 44 euro degrees after 2 layers of booster. The top is slightly tacky with exactly the same geometry as H3. Only the transition from the top layer to the pips is sharp. In H3 that transition is conical. The rubber play good for its price, but it is nothing special.

has anyone tried and can compare the rxton 9 39 and 40.5 degree versions?
for h3n blue sponge, I usually prefer 39 degree on forehand. quite alot easier to play than h3n bs 40 degree, especially after the boost effect is gone

however, rxton 9 39 felt much softer in comparison, was much easier to hit through the rubber. spin was normal but stability and safety of rxton 9 was outstanding. Therefore I am considering to try out to 40.5 degree version. curious if anyone has tried both versions out

The only diff. I noticed was the sponge. The top-sheet of R9 feels nicely elastic, perhaps you feel it is a bit softer than H3? It's a while since I played with H3, I'll switch to it after a month and then will have more direct comparison to R9. However, I don't think there are big differences in sponges between R9 and H3 prov BS, at least I don't feel many. Will see more later. Def. I can say the R9 top-sheet is softer than D09C, which is a great rubber too, for me on a diff. level than it's supposed competitor RZ EH, better not speaking about RZ ;-) Cheers... Well, they are not bad, and don't want to lower them, just not for my FH side.

for me the rxton 9 feels actually harder compared to their h3bs counterpart after boosting 1 layer. but also depends what sensitivity you have, some feel more the topsheet some more the sponge and i am more the sponge person. i am with @latej that the topsheet is a bit more elastic then h3 and a bit easier to engage but lacks a bit of bite like a harder topsheet would have. maybe it could be the kind of booster you use too. nothing against using the harder version if you are comfortable with the softer one and want more power, i think it would actually fit your blade! :)
