Actually I think Yu Heyi used H3BS on his FH and not B3. It's disappointing for sure. So you are not wrong at all with your assumption.
B3 Tiger 4 and Purple don't stink that much, so they are OK. I wouldn't say they smell nice either but they clap H3 and many Chinese rubbers by smell.
I think the purple is comparable to D09c or H8-80, but I would take the B3 purple because of weight, speed, and topsheet quality. The sponge this time is really great too.
I don't use any booster with these so I can't say. I can say the purple sponge has a quite serious negative curl from the pack, so the gluejob is a bit iffy, but it's manageable for experienced gluers. Tiger 4 has no issue like this.
I think the Tiger 4 has a similar issue like I said before, it has some sponge coat that makes the glue not stick first. So one either uses a booster or glues it virgin then rips off the glue and reglues again for proper contact.
B3 topsheet is the best sticky topsheet I have ever met. And now there are many options to choose from.
I think B3 Tiger 4 for FH and purple for BH are probably pretty sweet choices.

I hope the pricing will get down but even if 729 charged 80EUR I think the would worth it, at 40EUR they are a steal.

Which booster works? Seamoon 2 works on the normal B3 but takes quite long with not much effect. Maybe the purple FLM booster https://aliexpress.com/item/1005009130195378.htm

Somewhat both Would be great if one of these B3 versions is soft enough to be played without boosting. Not an issue on FH (simply get a degree less than I would for H3) but on BH the softest version is 38 which feels/felt like 39 DHS.

The Turbo versions are a step toward hybrids with a hard, heavy sponge. The rest are different DHS flavours with stricter QC.

Top sheet is the same but sponge is different. The Nittaku ones are faster with a little catapult but unfortunately weighs a ton, otherwise I would use them…

Turbo Orange and Turbo Blue are both very heavy. I have a sheet of Turbo Blue boosted with 2 layers of seamoon I think it weighs around 57g cut and glued to Yinhe V14 Pro. Turbo Orange cut and glued to Cybershape was like 53g. When boosted I think the DHS sponges play and feel better than the Nittaku Turbo sponges, DHS sponge eats the ball better and has better feeling

No love for the Rxton 3 Pink and Blue? Both of these are brilliant rubbers for the price imo. Both are more sticky than tacky, but both have genuine pop to their sponge, without boosting . (The R3P is still one of the most chronically underrated rubbers out there IMO -- it's a genuine low throw beast of a rubber that my FH just adores.)

I just fell in love with the Rxton green for the same reason! It is hard to miss with this rubber, and the ball kicks low and well on the other side of the net.

That's a valid question.
If the Nittaku were more consistent quality and more uniform in weight then it could be a good pick for some. DHS 8-80 can be 48g cut to 58g cut.
For someone's BH rubber that is just unreliable.
If Nittaku version would solve this issue then I think it's worthy to buy. Especially since provincial or national H8-80 is not easy to buy nor do I think there's much price benefit.

You are lucky with 57g turbo blue. Mine was 65g cut.
Uncut weight is around 85g🤕

It's a good rubber for body building tho, or like I recommended before if someone uses light pips on BH. Potentially if someone is a JPEN player. 🌚

If it was 57g cut I would suck my complaints up and use it for sure. 65g is too much for me. I don't get it when Zhang Jike is talking about pro rackets at 215g. How they handle that?

With Hurricane Turbo blue you already have a very head heavy racket. If you have an extremely hollowed handle too. Aiya~

I think it has a Japanese Nittaku sponge and apparently it's between 38 and 39 degrees(conflicting info from different sources); apparently comparable to 39 deg PROV OS? Curious to know how it plays without booster and if it's even worth it over the DHS 39deg PROV OS(unboosted)

of course, I was just making a joke. This picture is of a blade that is 9mm single layer hinoki. One likely has to fill the hollow handle with lead to arrive at a decent balance 😁

I just bought H8-80 and found that it has reverse dome. Can anyone confirm whether it's normal or not?

I bought 37 degree but when I tried to measure with shore O durometer it showed 50-51 degree 😵
