I don't intend to change my anti. I've heard about a rubber I'm not familiar with and I'm interested in its specific features. Simply out of curiosity. Mine satisfies me perfectly.

I've been playing with the same equipment for almost thirty years now, but I'm still interested in the wide variety available.

I dont use anti, but have a friend I play against that uses the alligator. 2000 level in USATT. He does a lot of drop shots and when he blocks loops / drives, they come dead.

Because of his ability to drop shot, yes. The quality of the ball that comes back, no.
