I made a similar forum before asking about what xiom equipment to use. That decision has been made and you cab check it out in my profile. What I really want to see is what everyone else is using and why plus why they choose xiom over other popular brands like butterfly, dhs, donic etc
I’ll throw it back to you - what has the new Xiom setup provided that your previous setup didn’t? I read it was Lebesson + Vega X + FX-P.

What learnings did you achieve from listening and reading to all the different opinions on here and from your TT circle? Your coach, the shop owner, your trusted team mates?

And in hindsight, you now know some of the advice given was right, some were completely wrong for YOU. If another player were starting in the same situation, what would you advise them, knowing what you know now?

If you are not using sticky rubbers or tacky hybrids, I think Xiom is a good brand.

For price to performance ratios and decent durability, Vega and Omega series are hard to beat.

A lot of other brands seem to be able to get high performance, but have a lot of durability concerns and cost more for no clear advantage.

I’ve got the bat now, tried it for about 3 hours but I’ve put it away until April because of a big tournament coming up. I just like the ease of power but the fact that it’s not so uncontrollable that I can’t play a full stroke. In my opinion I picked right based off xiom equipment, I could of possibly waited until the IACT series came out but I got to try the bat and I loved it straight away so there was no need.

In my opinion, if you are in need of equipment, the best thing to do is just try stuff. I tried 5 bats that I thought I would like and didn’t and on the 5th go, I found the right one.

I appreciate you asking my friend 🙏🙏🙏
