Anyone tried the new Zhang Jike Donic blades?

The blades are certainly stiff - I have now played both. I would not however say they lack in spin - both are exceptionally good to spin with in my experience and both feel very good, with the Koto outer feeling sharper and a little more linear.

Interesting that they used Textreme+ carbon. If I'm not mistaken, that is the same one Stiga uses on Dinasty Carbon.
Not sure though if its just carbon, or carbon + another fiber (probably the later, since they abbreviated to STC - I guess the "S" indicates the fiber name?)

Stc is spread-tow carbon, essentially means it's woven with the fibers spread out flat rather than bundled as little ropes.
The result is a very thin fiber. Textreme is a brand name that does this

Oh I'm aware, I visited Sergio's page a few years back, very useful indeed
By the way, I have two SDC blades, I recommend his work!
