Hey this H3 thread seems a bit old but id like to ask some h3 people. I played 3week/20hour with H3 neo provincial 40bs 2,1mm / H3 neo provincial 38os 2,1mm. My problem is i love the black one on FH. But for BH i feel defensive is ok but looping and offensive play is a bit risky. So i swapped side to try out the black one on BH and its TONS BETTER. Blade is butterfly innerforce layer ALC.

To my question: What would be most close to my black to buy for my red BH side? I can't get exact same as they dont produce blue sponge on red. Would it be h3 neo prov 40os 2,1mm? Or 41? Or national 40?

Closest is Loki RXTON 9. It is very similar to H3 BS, and they also produce red sheets with blue sponge. I think 38 is optimal.

I have also felt like that at times, BS grips the ball so well on backhand

If OS wasnt for you I doubt harder sponge will solve the issue. I recommend Xiom Vega China or D09c on backhand (Vega China feels like a very well boosted h3 OS and has better price-performance than d09c)

rxton9 is a good rubber but for those fine shots were you grip the ball with the topsheet, it feels very different to h3, especially bs. also much less powerful than h3 bs

great price-performance though on rxton 9

40 degree of BS is denser than 40 degree OS.
