Not just Matsushima, JNT men have always had this poor habit of losing track of their surroundings, always CHN, CHN, CHN. JNT women used to suffer from that several years back.

These are the show tables, so it makes sense they have TTR. Even tennis tournaments with very very few exceptions don't have hawkeye on every table.

At last, I’d say. My pleas have been heard. This is the second time I’ve seen TTR award a point for this. Now we just need to see this applied to many others.

Now, the prospect for LA 2028 for the 3 of the golden generation is pretty dim. Therefore, the argument about age is no excuse for not playing up to expectations, especially when Matsushima is using the resources/influence of the Harimoto siblings. Once again, there is no guarantee that Matsushima will definitely improve far beyond his current self at 21 and 25 when he displays world-weariness at 17.

Duda is just doing his thing. Like Boll, it's become a recent German tradition that their men play better in team events.

The issue here is still Matsushima's mentality getting exposed now that he is in the spotlight, something that Harimoto has also not completely solved since WTTC 2018.
