  1. The jetlag makes a flagrant injustice for all the non Asians.

Global sports manage this just fine, such as Tennis, F1, Rugby, which have far greater travel demand and play far more frequently than Table Tennis does. And they are not playing short games like in Table Tennis in air-conditioned stadiums. If these global pro sports can manage it, then there is...
  2. The jetlag makes a flagrant injustice for all the non Asians.

I wouldn't say table tennis is a particularly travel-demanding sport compared to others...so I don't see this being a pressing issue.
  3. Hurricane 3 + protective films

The H3 range has nothing to prove, it has done it all. Power shots are amazing and the spin is next level. I always liked how you can absorb your opponents shot and sent it back short and uncomfortable, putting pressure on their footwork. You pointed out a key part of the rubber. It has the...
  4. Is YSE + Rakza 7 too fast for beginner?

Rakza 7 soft is an excellent choice for people learning the game. I put my kids on this rubber. The spin it creates helps beginner see what can be done and start to get the idea of spin and how important it is in Table Tennis. Alternatively the Rakza 7 with a thinner sponge.
  5. Dignics 05........ not lasting as long as people say.

I would spend some time investigating how your friend maintains their rubber and how they store it. I am on the scale of over the top with how I look after my setups...but I get a lot longer life out of them....an example...my setups lives in a aircon cooled environment removed from their bags...
  6. Looking for recommendations for new racket

Or just put more control focused rubbers on it. Strangely for me, I find I have better control with it the more aggressive my rubbers are. I seem to like the strong feedback I get in my hand from these rubbers more then rubbers designed to be less spin sensitive. But I might be just weird.
  7. Petr Korbel jp with T19 vs D09c

The SImple terms, the T19 the ball dwells longer. If you like this then it will seem faster in your hand, if you don't then the T05 will seem faster.
  8. Petr Korbel jp with T19 vs D09c

Wow, that is a heavy blade. This will impact your racket speed. This is interesting, I get my blades to a weight. In future ask for a certain weight range when buying blades. When I change setup, I leave my old setup in its bag and forget about it. Jumping between just slows your adaption down.
  9. Petr Korbel jp with T19 vs D09c

Unleash the beast....Think of it as testing a sports car.... no holding back, see what it can do. Any long serves in your training games......attack (mind set change..always looking for the long serve to attack) Any long low balls (we see you like the bouncy ones)...attack (none of this passive...
  10. Petr Korbel jp with T19 vs D09c

Rubber protector......SAN-EI Adsoption Sheets......Thank me later. If you can't get them in your area....just go a butterfly adhesive or any other good brand adhesive.
  11. Looking for recommendations for new racket

If you are intermediate to intermediate advance..why not just keep the same blade for now with new rubbers and save up for something like the viscaria etc? I don't know the Loki gear very well as I have only had a very small and casual hit with one of their setups some time ago. H3 and the H8-80...
  12. Can a European Forehand have advantages over a Chinese style forehand?

If I feel myself lifting my shoulder when trying to generate power....It generally means I am standing too upright. For me just telling myself to lean forward, lowering my shoulders gets the legs and hips back into the picture and takes that shoulder tension away.
  13. Can a European Forehand have advantages over a Chinese style forehand?

Personally, I think the difference styles is overshadowing the real thing making the difference. Footwork and physical conditioning. If you can get into the right position and have the core strength to transfer the power...then it doesn't matter which one you do. In a match even the pros are...
  14. Light paddle vs heavy paddle

I have the Tenergy 05 on my FH and the Tenergy 05 FX on my backhand. Both 1.9m thickness. The improved racket speed has been great.
  15. Best long pip player🇮🇹

More reason why the OP shouldn't be serving like that to him.
  16. New FH Rubber (Glayzer, Fastarc G1, Omega VII Pro)

Might also be worth checking the thickness of your friends rubbers. I have just moved to the T05 from the G1 and have strangely found it to have high control despite everything people say about it. I think it you are an active player who likes it when the ball bites into the rubber, then the...
  17. Hurricane 3 Neo (Provincial Blue Sponge, 40 degrees) is the longest living (and the best) rubber I have ever tried.

I think the general view is they are not making them as sticky due to the heavy ball and needing to have a bit more speed in the rubber. More a view then facts but seems to be accurate. For me the fresh rubber is not particularly tacky but if you keep it clean, and put that small drop of water...
  18. Hurricane 3 Neo (Provincial Blue Sponge, 40 degrees) is the longest living (and the best) rubber I have ever tried.

I used to use this method as well 😂. Frustration of having to do it again finally got the better of me...the draw back is people ask me to glue their rubbers for them now....so maybe I do have it all wrong
  19. Hurricane 3 Neo (Provincial Blue Sponge, 40 degrees) is the longest living (and the best) rubber I have ever tried.

I I find volume control is key for DHS15. I use a syringe so I always put the same amount on each layer and the right amount to avoid balling etc.
  20. What’s the better glue in your opinion?

Both a good. I like DHS 15 as it is easier to remove later on and easy to work with. The butterfly glue is thicker IMO and makes it difficult to remove rubbers if you are the type who kikes to keep rubbers etc. But if that is not an issue then both will be great.
