It might be worth for you to also test Xiom Vega Europe H, 45 degrees of hardness and it's H-touch, not C-touch, so it's slightly tacky. I did like it on BH, it needs a fast-ish blade because it's not really fast, but flicks, under spin opening and serving are great with this rubber.
The BH rubber that made super easy to open down spin game for me has to be DHS Hurricane 3-50 especially the soft version, 35 degree. I could open even from low positions and also flicks were easy. Unfortunately it's also very very slow. I think it's useful to practice openings but because they...
Funny I've got exactly the same shoes he's wearing in that video. And I think I know why he chose them: long feet (they were available up to 48 EUR) :)
Coincidence I'm playing with Xiom Vega China on my FH and Sieger PK50 for my BH. They are very different: Vega China is pretty hard, I measured 50 Shore O with my durometer from the top-sheet side, while Sieger PK50 measured 43-44 (that's why I use it for BH).
As said by others Xiom Vega China...
I think it's the equipment, in particular most Europeans are using hybrid rubbers now. I don't remember Simon Gauzy playing this good when using the Rasanter R53 for example. Truls apparently used a new rubber, STIGA Helix Platinum according to a post by Stiga on Facebook.
I just tried PK50 as BH and I really liked it.
Going back to OP's request, for me Xiom Vega Euro H could be a candidate, I think it's a bit slower than PK50.
It's also sold as 45 degree of hardness but it feels a bit harder than that.
I'm about to try PK50 as my BH rubber, H3 neo FH.
With my durometer, I measure 45 degrees of hardness for the sponge, measured from the top sheet it's even less. So we are far from 50 as hardness.
Plus the back of the package reads:
"SIEGER PK50 emphasizes a high arc, due to the "S touch...
