  1. Is the hurricane 3 neo still worth it after tack reduction?

Yes, it's surely worth it. As someone who tried literally every "Hurricane 3 replacement" chinese rubber, I can surely say H3N is irreplaceable by other tacky rubbers. And reduced tackiness isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it's easier to execute fast shots.
  2. Trying to fix my robotic forehand

Good efforts, mister! I would recommend getting rid of the "crab" posture. You don't need to "sit" by bending this low during shots--you could rather transfer this power into shots.
  3. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yep, it's surprisingly lightweight, mine was about 45g on a large-head DHS blade.
  4. Best "neutral" rubbers to improve offensive technique

Maybe because these 98.6% have actually read the initial post and advised something the author wants? :) "Only things I know I want are: decent durability, easy to use and maintain (no tacky)" - doesn't sound like he wants "Chinese tacky", "Spring sponge", or "ESN hybrid/tack-ish", does it ? :D
  5. Best "neutral" rubbers to improve offensive technique

    1) Nittaku Fastarc G-1. 2) Donic Baracda. 3) Andro Rasanter R42. 4) Tibhar Evolution EL-D. 5) Xiom Vega Pro. 6) DHS Gold Arc 8 (47.5).
  6. Which top player(s) inspired you to play?

    - Mattias Falck - for showing that a 6.2 tall player can maintain attacking successfully. - Ricardo Walther - for showing that a chubby player can maintain attacking successfully. - Anton Kallberg - for showing that you must always attack. *6.2/100kg all-out attacking player here :)
  7. I'm an intermediate beginner putting together a 0 racket

PG7 is undoubtedly by far the best option in its budget and it perfectly meets the price goals of the author. Regarding the rubbers, I think Rxton 3 (for the easier play) and Jupiter/BigDipper (for the harder play) could be great pairings.
  8. Luka Mladenovic EASILY beats Darko Jorgic - can you explain the power of AntiSpin?

So you rather wanna post a 5 year old match instead of the recent 0-3 defeat? It's a very old match.
  9. Luka Mladenovic EASILY beats Darko Jorgic - can you explain the power of AntiSpin?

Jorgic is known to be losing against defensive-style players. His 0-3 loss against Wang Yang was a humiliation, and I think it's due to his backhand-oriented style, while all the prime forehand-oriented players destroy defenders with little effort. On the other hand, Luka has improved his...
  10. DHS Hurricane King acB Review

It very much depends on a booster that you use. For example, something like Kailin has a huge impact on the bounciness of the rubber, while Falco Tempo Long is much more gentle. Haifu SeaMoon is somewhere in between these two.
  11. Short review of Glayzer 09c

My guess is that BTY wants to promote newer rubbers. No doubt, G09C has decent spin as I have played it both on forehand and backhand for 3 months. But I completely disagree with their measurement, T05 spin is monstrous, one of the strongest outside of the chinese rubbers.
  12. Short review of Glayzer 09c

I think you misunderstood 1 example of 3=4 with "all discounted prices", which is a bit disingenuous. Rasanter R series is still 45 euros undiscounted, which is rather competitive. Rakza 7 is exactly 40 euros at tt11 btw. Saying that G09C has a "class higher" spin generation than T05 has been...
  13. Short review of Glayzer 09c

Rakza series is 40, Acuda/Baracuda is 37-40, Rasanter R is 45 (and u get 4 rubbers for the price of 3), Vega is 35, and Evolution/MK series are around 40. I am sure these are all better rubbers than Glayzer/Glayzer09c.
  14. Short review of Glayzer 09c

I would say Glayzer 09C is worth considering if only it lasted longer. The rubber's performance dips after the tackiness is gone, and it happens in several months, if not faster. For real, most of the ESN rubbers are just better at a lower price.
  15. Post your latest EJ purchase

The short answer is: YES. I think it's only worth trying them if you want to have fun instead of improving the game. The only cheap Chinese rubber I miss is Saturn Pro from Yinhe (medium, soft, or super-soft), its peak user-friendliness was really something.
  16. Post your latest EJ purchase

As someone who relies on heavy spin, I always believed it's better to reach for the maximum spin potential of H3. Plus it elevated my atrocious short game and spurred playing very aggressively as there is no block to fall back to. I still believe that when you're at your 100% best, H3 makes you...
  17. Who has the best push game?

Ma Long, Truls, and Felix are the obvious choices. I would also add Dang Qui, Patrick Franziska, and Kristian Karlsson. I think their short game is a bit underrated.
  18. Post your latest EJ purchase

Tibhar Evolution MX-P - backhand Tibhar MK Hybrid - forehand Decided to switch from Chinese rubbers to faster EU rubbers without any hope and... The results went up dramatically, like 2 levels above I had before. I just began destroying my peers and people I used to lose against. Why haven't I...
  19. Upgrage from Yinhe Big Dipper

Then LAC is pretty good, but it has way less spin than Big Dipper, although it's pretty good on flat hits. And its block is way better than of Big Dipper. However, the feeling of LAC is very different to Big Dipper, especially when it comes to topsheet--Big Dipper is much more elastic. Jupiters...
  20. Upgrage from Yinhe Big Dipper

Imo, Big Dipper 38 is already a spinny rubber on its own. Maybe it's the SALC blade that is heading the setup to more speed-oriented rather than spin-oriented play? B2G and LAC are very different in their feeling to Big Dipper, I would say their topsheet is way stiffer and are more suited to...
