Your initial setup was quite fine, but maybe other rubbers are needed, the Allround Classis is a more than decent blade. I'd suggest getting some modern beginner rubbers like Xiom Vega Intro instead of the Friendship rubbers. They shouldn't feel hard and behave in a modern way.

I have tried these pips on 1.0 sponge, which was a bit of weird combination on a fast blade. Gonna try em soon on 0.5 sponge on a slower blade. Sponged versions are uncured I guess. TT Maximum has good videos on this rubber. I believe what TT Maximum sells als the Golden variant is what Cured...

I was heavily convinced after the Olympics she used antispin, but it indeed seems she is using LP with thin sponge from the looks of things.
