Im hoping this is true as I am gonna order a H2 and try to compare it with my So-ten. My wallet is gonna take a hit for sure though. What rubbers have you tried and liked on the H2?
I'm limited only to Andro, DHS, Stiga, Nittaku, Tibhar, Victas, Xiom, Yasaka.
I'm just unsure about the whole of Andro's Rasanter Line, it's quite pricey.
Because I can get a 20% discount when buying 150 usd worth of stuff.
Like before I got so-ten and O7pro. I was a mid distance player. Now with the lighter setup, I feel like im fast enough to be more versatile. I can counter so well now and still put enough quality.
I'll most likely have to go from max to 2.0mm thickness to keep the weight down. If its not O7P...
Update: I have tried Hammond Z2, don't like that feel, where people say that speed-glue like feeling. I guess I don't like that.
Hurricane 3-37 not for me, fastarc g-1 suits better but too high arc and the one I used became really soft in like two weeks.
Omega 7 pro, greattt feel, metallic...
Having gotten the So-ten instead of the H2 due to price, I could get two So-ten's for 1 H2.
If So-ten is a toned down H2, then I can't believe how good it is on backhand.
I have O7pro on backhand on my So-ten and backhand flips are unbelievably safe and clean.
Forehand's lacking power though...
Several things, your forehand is clearly much better compared to your backhand. This affects what kind of rubber you need for backhand. You have an inconsistent swing for backhand, sometimes slow or mostly wrist or a lot of arm. I see that Rakza 7 for you is too catapulty. The point of the...
Ever since I'd heard of Koki using V15 sticky, I wanted to use it immediately. An upgrade from V15 extra, where it's too soft for me. Now the hardness of it is most important, is it still 47.5 or 50+.
I think he should use D09C on forehand, but not on backhand. I think for you it's too hard, maybe get a rubber that has any sort of tack, even if it doesn't hold the ball, that's within the 50 degree range. You can try D09c on both sides though, not much harm in trying.
I sold my viscaria because of how uncomfortable the handle was to me.
Always wanted something similar to W968, but the handle of Nittaku So-ten to me is very close to perfect.
The decision depends on how you use your backhand. Also if you care about weight and weight balance. Jekyll&Hyde are by far the heaviest, while O7Pro is the lightest. Vega X is like vega pro updated and Vega Korea is like a more dynamic Vega X.
