  1. Mr & Mrs OVTCHANOV ...Getting some practice in !

My ideal woman, if i were 20 year younger. Good looking, intelligent and play table tennis!! And she serves way more legally than 99% of professionals in the world, it is that easy not to hide the ball on serve! Well done Mrs Otcharov!!
  2. I am trying MX-P for the first time!

probably use mx-p i have been told it plays softer than it is told it might suit my style better been given a couple of sheets for a tenner each so worth a try
  3. I am trying MX-P for the first time!

Surprisingly for an EJ I have never tried MX-P that will change tomorrow, I have a sheet of MX-P and a sheet of MX-P50 I actually think it might suit my style more than tenergy 05fx, but am worried if I will have enough spin.
  4. Stiga Rosewood VII

This blade is too beautiful to use!
  5. Andro Hexer Short Pimple + rubber question

if you like bh dig, the best short pimp is spinlord waran. it digs really nasty on bh pushes, and plays like short pimple in other ways as you would expect
  6. My technique on fh is bad, am I wasting money on Tenergy?

my Fextras are 91g i have 3 one of them has darker outer than others definitely stiffer than SK7 different to clipper, clipper always feels slow and stiff to me always felt the same about force pro black but i think i might like force pro black if i tried it again now I think its faster than...
  7. My technique on fh is bad, am I wasting money on Tenergy?

Think that grip is engrained. Although I do not do it as much on BH. Pips on fh sounds disgusting. Urgghhh! I tried a Rosewood VII on weekend, its flexier than Fextra. It improved my fh spin generation and ease of fh spin, and confidence to spin. However it made my pip blocking and hitting...
  8. My technique on fh is bad, am I wasting money on Tenergy?

I wonder if I am more of a hitter than a topspinner? Well I am really. Maybe I should get something more like a 2.0mm MX-P and still work on topspin, but use a rubber that might be perfect for my technique? Driving and smashing and a little less reactive to incoming spin A little less bouncy I...
  9. Testing the Tibhar Bernadette Szocs Signature 1

im not sure yogi, i di try 1.9mm 05fx tonight and actually played ok with it, but it feels very hard on fextra fextra is just absolutely stunning for kieler pips on bh, by far the best blade i have tried, my pips play was very very good on weekend. i think it might be 1.9mm 05fx on fextra and...
  10. My technique on fh is bad, am I wasting money on Tenergy?

Hi my fh technique is very bad, as is my footwork. I do not move my wrist on my fh loop or loop drive only forearm. Therefore I will never have massive topspin, so am I wasting my time using tenergy 05fx. Should i just use MX-P or some other random esn? And concentrate on driving and hitting...
  11. Testing the Tibhar Bernadette Szocs Signature 1

i have been using fextra, but i find it a bit too powerful, i cant topspin with it unless i am perfectly placed and ready. i have ordered a szocs 1 to try but am still waiting its arrival
  12. Need Help Choosing First Custom Racket

I think you should stick to TSPW it is a fantastic blade.
  13. Sharing a good blade

Force pro blue is considerably slower and flexier than black edition, worlds apart!
  14. Testing the Tibhar Bernadette Szocs Signature 1

I just ordered one of these, I really hope it is quite dissimilar to force pro black! I hope it is a little more versatile than Sanwei Fextra!
  15. The effect on weight (of player) on play!

Last summer between lockdowns I was playing the best table tennis of my life generally. I weighed 12st 10lb give or take! This year I have been back playing 2 months with same blade and rubber combination and am playing very badly, inconsistent, not moving, and not transitioning from bh to fh...
  16. Advice on BH technique?

This is a fantastic short pimples video, but it got me thinking, they emphasise hitting with short pimple with the top of the blade, not with the centre of the blade. Now as we all know Carbon blades generally have a bigger sweet spot, so logic would suggest if you want to be positive and hit a...
  17. Butterly Korbel SK7 - Anyone use one of these - review please?

Yes looks like I did try one a while back, forgot about that.
  18. Butterly Korbel SK7 - Anyone use one of these - review please?

Hi lula, i have been using fextra for over a year, but we had a 4 month break with lockdown, last year i was playing well with fextra (but i was playing like everyday for 3 months) even then sometimes it felt too much, i can handle the pips on bh, but its a bit much on fh with max tenergy 05fx...
  19. Butterly Korbel SK7 - Anyone use one of these - review please?

HI, I am looking for the holy grail of 7 ply blades? SP on backhand Tenergy on FH anyway got experience of Butterfly SK7 they could share?
  20. 1.9 or max on forehand!!

These are largely my findings too. I certainly deal with spin much better with 1.9 than max. And the chance to get to a position where I might be able to loop come up more with 1.9 because I serve better, return better, short game is better block or counter the first incoming loop etc better...
