  1. a lesson on how to get banned from more than one profile

I heard FZD and other Chinese say 'come on' after some points. Clearly they are very corrupted by the evil English culture and should be suspended from the CNT for not behaving like a model citizen. And even worse, Harimoto, traitor to the Chinese homeland, dares to disgrace the Chinese...
  2. Hurricane 3 neo - some like it for BH some don't - why is this?

Battle has lower throw and harder topsheet than h3. Thus not a direct substitute, plays too different. It's like skyline 2, but with harder topsheet.
  3. Hurricane 3 neo - some like it for BH some don't - why is this?

That is correct. The advantage though with mercury is that you can boost to the max and throw it away after 2 months, as it's only 25% of the cost of 3-60, and boosted it's better than 3-60 in all aspects. Also throw angle is higher, making it more suitable for carbon blades and looping from a...
  4. Hurricane 3 neo - some like it for BH some don't - why is this?

Yinhe Mercury II medium, way more spin than skyline 3-60 and equal control.
  5. Skyline TG2 Provincial Blue Sponge

So it is worse than TG2 Neo?
  6. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Thanks for the recommendation, will definitely take a look at the power carbon :)
  7. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Thanks for your input. I have a PG9 and sadly it is too stiff and also much softer than ppp. Throw is also very low. Only usable with very high throw rubbers imo. My ppp is thicker at about 5.9-6.0mm, so maybe that's what makes the difference in feel to viscaria. Anyways viscaria has much more...
  8. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

I put emphasis on all the factors. Maybe it doesn't matter as much to you, but it does to me, as I use brush loops with chinese rubber to open up the rally, and for that specific impact the outer layer cannot be softer than koto, or the shot becomes inconsistent. I know what I'm talking about as...
  9. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Those are reasonable suggestions. I have been eyeing the H301, but probably there is nobody that can compare it to the PPP.
  10. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Well, I am indeed not around players who put much thought into what equipment they are using. How about you compare your current blade to the PPP?
  11. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Viscaria is thinner than PPP and thus feels flexier. I want Koto because it has the best touch for me. Limba is too dull, Hinoki feels just mushy and weird and walnut is too hard. I have tested for many years to know that nothing beats Koto for me. Ofc the rest of the blade matters. That's why...
  12. Upgrade from Persson Powerplay

Hello all, I have been playing for about 2 years with the Powerplay, but now I'm thinking of upgrading. Why? Because I need a blade with more bounce. I usually play 50 deg rubbers on FH and 47 deg on BH, and if those are not boosted enough then passive shots go into the net easily, because the...
  13. Ultimate baby oil tuning / boosting guide (with pictures)

Ok... it's the stuff you rub onto your skin to keep you warm. I don't advertise any particular brand but what I have has the following ingredients. (in descending percentage used) Paraffinum Liquidum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Styrene Ethylene, Polysorbate 20, Cetearyl Isononandate, Vanillyl Butyl...
  14. Ultimate baby oil tuning / boosting guide (with pictures)

After I emptied my last bottle of seamoon, I tried a sports oil on one of my old rubbers, and the result was just as good as with seamoon. It is much thinner though and smells quite a bit. But it is non-toxic, so no health issues. I even boosted my current new rubbers with it and they play...
  15. Globe 999 National?

They are legit, I have ordered from them before and never had problems. In fact, I have ordered a globe 999 national before from there. You are in luck, just recently DHS released TG2 provincial blue sponge. But it's not widely available yet. I've seen some vendors on aliexpress carry it though.
  16. Why is yogi_bear banned? :o

Well I am partly to blame I guess. But it was really just a couple of unfortunate coincidences. It just happens sometimes, and this shows that it can happen to anyone.
  17. Globe 999 National?

lol, ok. I'll post my experience with it again. Firstly, you can buy it at ttnpp. They have the best price AFAIK. The rubber is still very spinny and high throw, but not very fast, and not very dynamic. So I would recommend getting one on the softer side and boost it a lot. The throw angle is...
  18. DHS Goldarc 8 vs Stiga Mantra M

that's ok. From my experience, it is mostly true though. ESN rubbers have more factory tuning and perform significantly worse after 2-3 months.
  19. Blade & BH Rubber choice

It's much different from T05. Softer topsheet harder sponge. Despite harder sponge easier acceleration. throw is comparably high. has same spin but more speed. whether you like it depends mainly on your preference of sponge and topsheet hardness.
  20. DHS Goldarc 8 vs Stiga Mantra M

Mantra M is japanese made, GA8 is german made. Just by that it is easy to say Mantra is more linear, has better topsheet and lasts longer.
