  1. Incredible SPEED 2019 Tabletennis Compilation

What happened to your last account? They must have told you why it was deleted?
  2. Where to contact my racket to the ball during a reverse pendulum serve ?

You need to get some video on here. The only way your serve is landing in the net is if you are incredibly weak, or trying to get too much spin on the ball (I'd imagine it's the latter). For the reverse pendulum serve (assuming you are right handed), you'll want to bend your wrist into a right...
  3. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

I like it, but I've always been a Euro/Jap rubber user. I've tried Chinese rubbers (to test), but it's not what I use regularly. T05 Hard, really isn't much different from T05. If you don't like T05, I'd hazard a guess you probably won't like T05 Hard. I personally found MX-S to be a little...
  4. Table Tennis England vs TT365 Thread

I think one of the "fears" from people in this area are that TT365 become so dominant and leagues become so reliant on it, that if costs went up, no one could say anything about it. My understanding is TT365 is a very (very) small company who started up for the sole purpose of providing this...
  5. strange cut

Just to clarify - It's not cut shorter. It just looks like whoever was glueing it together, didn't get it perfect at the bottom. Don't worry about it though - It'll be absolutely fine :D
  6. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Awesome - Thanks for sharing. Highlight for me was the "stare down" of the camera at the start! ;)
  7. Butterfly release Tomokazu Harimoto New Blade

Butterfly Europe told me I could order from the 1st. They initially said the UK dealer would have it available from the 1st as well, but this has been pushed back to the 10th. I may just order it from Butterfly Europe.....
  8. Incredible SPEED 2019 Tabletennis Compilation

That's one of the best compilations I've seen. Love the camera angles, and to see the top spin they are getting should show people it's not all about speed. Spin for the win......
  9. Butterfly release Tomokazu Harimoto New Blade

Just had this response from them..... Strange, cause I've ordered Tenergy from them in the past..... "We don´t have it on stock either. We are also not allowed to sell Butterfly products outside our district with is Scandinavia. So you have to buy this through the supplier in your country"
  10. Butterfly release Tomokazu Harimoto New Blade

Interesting! Tees Sport have had it delayed until the 10th April (or later).
  11. How to post videos on ttd

Upload them to YouTube and then link them here. It's the best way :)
  12. How to Deal With Too Many Choices for Equipment You Already Own?

There have been a few threads recently which have all made me think of the same thing...... What do you enjoy about table tennis? If it's winning and the competitive side of things - Spend your money on coaches and a decent set up (but stick with it once you find the one you like). If it's...
  13. Dumb question on rubber

As others have said, when you see a "1.7 - 1.9" or whatever it may be, that's usually the company being honest (or their quality control is a little worse than others, and they will be producing more sponges with a different thickness). Even Butterfly have a small tolerance in their sponges -...
  14. Table Tennis England vs TT365 Thread

I've been told that the relationship between TT365 and TTE has been...... a little sour shall we say, for a few years now. But it certainly seems like TTE assumed (wrongly), that TT365 costs wouldn't increase, because they thought that if they withdrew 60% of the funding, TT365 could scale back...
  15. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

Haha - I'm not sure Dignics will be on my blade anytime soon. But..... If Dignics lasted longer, or genuinely felt better for me - I may try it. It's like when you go into a supermarket and look at the prices of things. You'll see the headline price £5.00, and then underneath you'll see the...
  16. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

Sorry, but you are missing my point about it lasting longer. It’s not as drastic as this, but for arguments sake, say I change my Tenergy rubbers twice per year, but I’d have to change EVO rubbers three times. Tenergy = £112 * 2 = £224 EVO = £80 * 3 = £240 Now, it’s not quite as bad as...
  17. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

Yeah, I get that, and for people who are money conscious, EVO rubbers would be a great option. I’m luckily not needing to count the pennies right now, and can afford to pay that little bit extra for Tenergy. Plus, given the fact it lasts longer (in my opinion), you are probably only saving...
  18. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

Tenergy is £56 in the UK, EVO rubbers are typically £40. For me, the extra £16 is worth it. Having used MX-S for a few months, I liked it on the forehand, and would have no problem using it. I just prefer the overall feel of Tenergy, and I’m happy to pay the extra.
  19. Is T05H or T05 closer to MX-P?

Obviously I don't know your skill level, but there isn't much of an adjustment between the two in my opinion. I generally find this whole "adjusting to rubbers" to be a bit of a red herring. Sure, if you are playing at a very high level, and have been using the same rubbers for a long time -...
