I found H3neo Provincial 40degree and H8 hard to be pretty similar, I've used H3 37 provincial but not the H8 soft, so can't really comment on that comparison!!

TD sponge is 57 degrees ESN H3 Neo 41 degree comes in at 54ish degrees ESN TE = 55 degrees ESN so about the same as a 41degree H3 Neo TD tackiness => than H3 Neo TE tackiness < than H3 Neo
