  1. Advice for a new racket

Are you telling me that i need to buy eternity now D: I haven't completely grown to the SPW and I haven't played for two weeks so i still have to see whether i can get accustomed to the blade yet
  2. Advice for a new racket

I'll go the safe route and recommend you primorac off- with baracuda FH (cos high throw high spin rubber ftw) and perhaps rasant grip or maybe evolution el-p on BH. Primorac is more expensive than your avg all wood blade but you can re-sell it real easy
  3. Need advice for rubbers

Carl, how spinny and speedy is baracuda compared to tenergy? I always feel tenergy is a tad too springy but i love the easy spin it gives me.
  4. Need advice for rubbers

Budget and skill level is needed.
  5. Recommendations for new blade

if you're playing chinese rubber on FH, the YEO is excellent. If you're playing with tensor rubbers, consider the eternity VPS V instead of infinity. NextLevel, who uses Stratus power wood and loves it, says Eternity feels like SPW and SPW is an excellent blade indeed
  6. Please help. Please Don't ignore. Very Urgent . BLADE SELECTION

Probably a bit off the track but consider also Apolonia ZLC if you like blade with more woody feel and considerable vibration. Ofc, it's hard to wrong with viscaria as well
  7. why P balls are about twice as expensive ?

While i like XSF, my rule of thumb with my friend who also loop hard is after 2 edges, it'll break. I usually buy XSF but decided to screw it and just buy a dozen nittaku premium
  8. What table tennis rubbers & blade do you use?

One doesnt simply run away from tenergy
  9. looking for a new rubber

    Have you tried MX-P?
  10. What rubbers on Stiga Infinity VPS V ?

Almost any rubber will work just fine with Infinity VPS V. Bluefire M2 on both sides will work well. Acuda S2 is also a good option
  11. DHS Power G7 plus Hurricane III x 2

I don't agree with your statements. In the first place, PG7 is plenty fast. It's a 6+ mm 7-ply blade after all, pretty similar to clipper. Hurricane while slow, is not beginner friendly. I tell people who wants to develop game with hurricane that they'll really have to stick with it.
  12. New blade

Stratus power wood are damn heavy in general. If you're beginner, probably look at offensive CR. Eternity VPS V if you're already have your basics down
  13. New blade

What's your budget? What's your playstyle? What's your level? What's your preference for blade? The weight, handle size, head heaviness, vibration and feedback. The easiest recommendations are nittaku acoustic, Stiga Clipper and BTY Viscaria but none of them are really friendly to beginners
  14. DHS Power G7 plus Hurricane III x 2

PG7 is a pretty fast blade. The reason you feel like it's slow is because of the hurricane 3. It's a tacky chinese rubber with hard sponge and it doesn't have any real catapult. Personally I wouldn't recommend a setup like that to beginners. The only reason you want to stick with hurricane is...
  15. Rubbers Quick Voting

There's a lack of MX-P promotion jakarta stores. Daya Prima sports generally recommend yasaka while other stores usually recommend xiom and BTY
  16. Spinner Backhand Rubber

Vega europe, not so fast close to table but pretty fast back from the table. Pretty cheap, very controlable, spinny too
  17. Rubbers Quick Voting

Not when almost every TT player in the country use only sardius, gergely, Primorac carbon and schlager carbon
  18. Upgrade from rasant grip

MX-P might be a good option but it's pretty hard. If you want a slightly softer one, Tenergy 80 and 05 might be your only option. Rasant grip is already an excellent rubber
  19. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

One doesn't simply resist the temptation of tenergy
  20. Rubbers Quick Voting

Well these days non-tenergy and rakza japanese rubbers are the ones that interest me. Victas V01 & V15, Mizuno GF series and the nittaku fastarc series for example. European tensor rubbers mostly play really similar to each other. Btw, are you located in Jakarta?
