  1. Reglue?

I You can reglue without removing the old glue. I did it often and i can't tell the difference. It will just add a few grams to your racket. If the glue layer is uniform on the sponge i just put glue on the blade and install the rubber. Work very well and never had a problem.

  6. Asking advices for backhand

To answer your question, you can try Yinhe Moon Speed Medium if you like european style rubber. Or Big Dipper H38 for a more tacky option. I have this rubber on my BH and it's fun. I use it to develop my BH topspin. During practice, if you try your Jupiter 2 with your BH, you will find if you...

    Cornilleau Target Pro XD
  8. What booster does ESN use on their rubbers?

There is something in the sponge and topsheet. This booster wrinkle my ptotector sheet and leave an oily residue. It's very powerfull. I think this chemical boost the sponge and soften the topsheet, increasing the spin and speed at the same time.
  9. Viscaria for a beginner

I have a blade similar to a Viscaria and i play with Yinhe Big Dipper on both side. It's a fun setup, not too fast and spinny. I think it's good to develop technique. For the price of these rubbers maybe you could try it.
  10. Favorite cheap chinese semi tacky (half sticky) rubbers

I like Big Dipper 38H. After maybe ten hours of play i clean them with shaving foam, then apply a protective sheet, and only water after every practice. For me it seem to restore the tackiness to a good level. And it's cheap.

  13. Is the booster smell from ESN rubbers harmful to health?

From DHS Hurricane 3 warning on the back of the package: "You'd better not taste or smell the rubber product" I think it's a smart warning. I hope ESN would put a warning on their products if something was bad for the health.

If you are curious about a carbon blade you can look on Aliexpress at a Yinhe V-14 PRO or something similar. It's not expensive and if you don't like it just sell it or keep it as a spare blade. It's fun to test new equipments from time to time. You might find something you like.

  16. My Personal Guide to Rubbers on Aliexpress

I played with this rubber with my first racket. It's a little tacky, but very grippy. The sponge is soft. I think the 48-50 degree is similar to 42 degree ESN. My black Palio The Way have a yellow sponge, similar to the HK1997. It play well and it's spinny.
  17. My Personal Guide to Rubbers on Aliexpress

I just tried Big Dipper and Moon Speed on my return board, in training and in match. I'm very impressed by the performance VS price. I don't know about the durability but for the price i won't shed a tear when i remove them.
  18. Are 5 ply all-wood blades still should be the first blade for beginner?

Why do we believe that an all wood blade is always better? Once i tried my Xiom ALC blade i never looked back. 20. Do you boost your ESN rubber after factory tuning wears off?

After 4 months i boosted my rubbers with 1 layer of Seamoon. Here are my observations: You need to start with a hard sponge, because the booster soften it. My rubbers are 52.5 and 47.5 degrees, and the result is likely 2 or 3 degree softer. No increase in speed. Any increase is negated by the...
