What hardness of H3 are you using? I didn't try STN yet, but from what I gathered, I'd expect it to be H40-H41, whereas Rakza Z would be H38. So if you go Rakza Z, I think RZ EH could be better for the FH.

NH3PTB is quite heavy and hard, the hardness is like 42,5. I heard 2 shops say that it is a bit more aggressive than the DHS H3, like in the sense of faster. But I wouldn't say that is the difference I'd pin-point. The sponge is different, feels a bit different, but I wouldn't say it is faster...
