Ahh, I was wanting to mention Ryu Seung-Min but chose not to. Today after I got up, I watched a game of his and immediately regretted my decision. Absolutely the best footwork and a forehand to match or outdo the Chinese, when he was in his heyday.

It's a tie between Oh Sang Eun or Koji Matsushita in their prime. Koji's movement is so fluid and he gets back seemingly impossible returns, while Oh Sang Eun has probably the fluidest and most deceptive backhand I've seen.

Be relaxed, and allow your arm to take the path of least resistance. You will notice that a back and forth reset is more effort than this oval shaped reset, so I find that when trying to be as relaxed as possible, it happens by itself as you avoid using muscle power.
