  1. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yeah, this is a lot more booster than i did. Mine did not curl at all, but was just flat. How many layers did you do?
  2. Tested Sanwei 75 ALC, GTX pro, and 729 Presto Speed

I didnt specifically measure weight, but i can tell its fairly light. Definitely not heavy. The speed is similar to ak47 red, but with more elastic feel. Its labeled as 46 degree hardness, which is same as ak47 red. But in reality, its much softer. Softness is more similar to ak47 blue despite...
  3. Best wooden allround+ and/or offensive- blades

I agree, Yinhe Earth blade is excellent, low cost choice.
  4. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yeah because of porous sponge, i also just did a very very thin layer. But i think it can take on more. Its porous, but kind of a dense hard porous. Try it and let me know your findings.
  5. Difference between Butterfly Innerforce Layer ZLF and Donic Waldner Senso Carbon

ZLF I believe does not have Carbon in it, but it only has Zylon fiber. Senso Carbon obviously is using carbon. So I think the Senso will be harder. Price is also way different.
  6. Receieved Fang Bo Carbon, but no photo of FB

Great plays! How do you find the speed of pro 01? I tested sanwei 75 and yinhe v14 pro. 75 is more flex, v14 pro more speed. Im guessing pro 01 is more similar to 75

Cool, look forward to your photos and comments. And how is your Yinhe Pro 01? This is a blade that I want to test as well.
  8. Tested Sanwei 75 ALC, GTX pro, and 729 Presto Speed

I played more with the Sanwei 75 ALC, and it is a really nice underfollowed blade. I think it really is very similar to Viscaria and and TB ALC. I think people will really appreciate the flex and the feeling from the blade. I have a TB ZLC which I really praised for its great flex and feeling...
  9. Do Tenergy and ESN rubbers slow down?

I have heard that Tenergy and ESN rubbers are treated with chemical or booster in the factory to make them fast and bouncy. Does that booster effect wear off? Does the rubber slow down? How long do they hold their initial speed for?
  10. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yeah I tried putting the thinnest layer of booster I could possibly do, literally not even a full layer but just some spread, the rubber didn't curl up at all. But its almost as if the rubber just became lubricated by that. I tried out the GTX in practice after that, and even that thin thin...

I would love to see LJK, WCQ blade from DHS. But have a feeling they would be a lot more expensive than FB.
  12. Heavy or Light for looping?

Limba wood supposedly is softer and gives more dwell time and more spin. Sanwei CC is also a limba surface blade with good spin and speed. More flex generally gives more spin. I'm not sure how weight affects spin, but anything 85g to 95g would be fine.
  13. Heavy or Light for looping?

Well obviously, if you have Chinese forehand style, all the Chinese top players with forehand dominant styles use the HL5 and its variants. It is limba surface with alc inner composite. You can try the Hurricane Long 5 or the Fang Bo Carbon.
  14. Tested Sanwei 75 ALC, GTX pro, and 729 Presto Speed

This was the Presto Max Speed. But probably they are largely similar I'm guessing.
  15. Receieved Fang Bo Carbon, but no photo of FB

Also the seller said that they ran out of the inventory of the previous version with FB face on it. This is the current version. Maybe DHS was contractually obligated to pay 50 cents for each use of FB's image, so they just decided not to use it anymore.
  16. Receieved Fang Bo Carbon, but no photo of FB

BTW, I was disappointed at not getting the photo of Fang Bo, even though it was clearly shown in the product description. So I made a claim with Aliexpress, and they judged my claim as valid and decided on a $10 partial refund. So in the end, I guess I get a $10 discounted B2 blade, for $37 plus...
  17. Tested Sanwei 75 ALC, GTX pro, and 729 Presto Speed

I didn't specifically test lifting backspin, but I'm quite certain it would have no issues with that shot. Overall spin was fine. I don't think it spins as much as ESN rubbers that have almost a magic formula. Presto spin is probably more linear in nature, but I try to get spin from my technique...

How did your friends compare the blue BTY alc to the DHS? Most BTY are outer, and most DHS are inner. And the BTY inners appear to be much slower.
