I threw out my T05 and changed to tenzone and p7 and I love that combo. Was great to discuss a lot with Dan during his review as I had done a review of Tenzone Ultra myself and we shared a lot of similar opinions about this rubber too, aye Dan ;) haha

The real dependency is on your footwork. To play penhold you have a bigger forehand dependency on attack, do you have the footwork to keep up with a forehand dominant game? If not then stick with shakehand and develop a strong backhand ;)

Not if it's not a sidespin serve, you'll find most players have practised enough to have their placement fairly well tuned with these things and it's not too difficult to control the direction of the ball even with more sidespin imparted on the ball.

That's a good balance I think, start the week with a workout, evenly spaced runs over the week a handful of table tennis sessions, end the week with a workout then a day to recover. It's a good base plan :)
