  1. We Challenged World's Best Anti Spin Player!

Well. I don't think they are cheating. Pips and low friction rubbers have a long history in TT. ( And personally, I have a good record against them since I tend to win more in lower speed games) However - it is so much more fun to play "regular" inverted games. And even more so practices. It...
  2. We Challenged World's Best Anti Spin Player!

She is clearly not going full speed either. And a lot of placements are done to give rallys for the audience.
  3. Wondering about heavy backside rubbers - Which are there?

There are small weights made for golf clubs that can be used at the end of the handle. Lead tape. Works like the Stiga CWT. Check your local Golf store, Amazon or something like that.
  4. ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup Macao 2026, 3/30-4/5

This one? https://worldcupresults.ittf.com/eventInfo?selectedTab=Player%20List&eventId=3379 I was just thinking "why can't the WTT be like this?" :)
  5. Yasaka Rakza Z Review: Still a good hybrid rubber in 2026?

    You're welcome! 😅
  6. Yasaka Rakza Z Review: Still a good hybrid rubber in 2026?

    Too heavy, otherwise great.
  7. Just Butterfly Glayzer (on backhand)

Very different feel. All tenergies are bouncier, livelier and faster than Glayzer (or D05) except perhaps when hitting really, really hard. Open ups and lazy loops are easier with Tenergy, short game much more controlled with Glayzer. The difference between the rubbers are bigger than the...
  8. Just Butterfly Glayzer (on backhand)

Just switched from Glayzer to MK. The MK has a much (much!) softer feel. It is also slightly slower. Cant say anything about durability other than that Glayzer is a true workhorse that can go on forever.
  9. DHS Hurricane 8-80 review: A great hybrid backhand rubber

Problem has always been inconsistet weight between different 8-80s
  10. Tenergy 19 review, still a smart choice in 2026

Do you really think that the differences between 05 and 19 are that significant? To me they are pretty much the same. Don't think I would be able to say which is which in a blind test.
  11. The inside view, design, and construction of factory blades that come to us for repair

Agree! The handle shape is also great.
  12. Any blades still in production similar to Xiom Hugo HAL or Butterfly Moonbeam?

Yeah. I believe that most forum opinons differ from this video. The HAL is mostely regarded as a slower, more controled alternative to Viscaria like blades. I think the feel is different, it is a lot softer and perhaps more of a tone downed 7-ply. But distinctively fast it is not.
  13. Best Handle and Shape but MK Carbon too fast 😞 Help

Do they really have the same handle size? I have an MK7 and the handle is a couple of mm longer than the starndard 100 mm. If the MK Carbon also uses the longer handle that is something Tibhar should use in their marketing! MK7 does not have "Made In Japan" printed and have the head seems...
  14. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

This is not my expertise and I really dont know why I even opened this thread but… Isn’t the 36,5 Alxi almost a Ma Long 5 clone?
  15. Is there such a thing as too fast equipment at intermediate level?

I'm also school three. And my results suffer from it. But I always long for the next training session! :)
  16. New FH Rubber (Glayzer, Fastarc G1, Omega VII Pro)

I'd say it has a slightly harder feeling than G1. The G1 is more towards Tenergy in that sense. Somewhere in between Tenergy and Glayzer.
  17. New FH Rubber (Glayzer, Fastarc G1, Omega VII Pro)

Agree! But the differance isn’t that big.
  18. The inside view, design, and construction of factory blades that come to us for repair

Thanks! I suppose this can be changed by cutting a piece of the handles as well as sanding a bit on the blade?
  19. The inside view, design, and construction of factory blades that come to us for repair

This is the best thread! Sorry, no idea why the Viscarias differ but perhaps slight changes in production over the years? Been around a long time after all. Whats the chord of the blade?
