Hi all, To restore grip of a rubber you can use WD40 , 2drops on the rubber surface (or 1 short spray). This works very well for natural rubber sheets (like Genius, Sriver ...) Check out the thread : This info will save you a lot of money

what to eat before a match evening and at what time? what is the effect of variations in the grip of the racket (i am asking only regarding shakehand grip), what makes a grip good to perform well (detailed description pls) ?

i would suggest a Stiga Tube Allround WRB wood with on the FH side a Yasaka Rakza 7 (regular, not soft), 1.8mm , or a Tibhar Genius (regular also, 1.8mm). BH side i am really not so sure for you, maybe a short pimple ?

hahaha , another so called Adidas product !! Adidas just does not make table tennis products, they buy the rubbers at the esn factory , just like Joola, Tibhar, Andro, XIOM, Donic and maybe esn has a part of their production in china or an other asian country its all just a bunch of marketing...

Adidas is just another name for the same ESN Tensors , so there is nothing new created by Adidas. When you would do a blind test of rubbers you would feel no playing difference at all between all the ESN products (Joola, Tibhar,Andro, Donic ...) !! Adidas brings nothing new to table tennis material.
