imo it is quite important to have FH and BH structure using similar grip as well as elbow positions. If you watch a lot of BH players (see for eg Fan Zhendong, Harimoto, Lin Yun Ju), their FHs have relatively higher elbows too, whereas if you look at Ma Long which has a relatively low elbow...

For short dead balls, regardless of whatever you do it your blade has to be about perpendicular to the ball during contact. You can do almost anything from short to long push to sideswipes to chiquita to flicks.

I actually tried K3 on someone else's blade and it felt a lot like Dignics series. Catapulty and spinny - it is a very good rubber. But yeah the durability sucks a bit too much - if you take that into account it is a more expensive rubber than D05 for eg :(

Pretty sure the grip is not correct - it looks way too stiff. Also dont move your left leg backwards after the stroke.
