  1. Which of my blades for a 1300 level player?

That is kind of what I've tried to hint at. I would maybe skip ALC.S, or any carbon at that. All the blades I played had at some point jump in power once you apply enough power for carbon to kick in. If you don't have good enough technique, when you will be close to that, one might get some...
  2. Which of my blades for a 1300 level player?

Which of these blades, have you played for the longest time? Which of them you had the most wins with?
  3. Which of my blades for a 1300 level player?

From the list Energy wood or Gauzy sounds nice. Never played with Gauzy but on paper it looks like a good fit.
  4. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

No one will forbid you, but unless you train a lot, no one will recommend it either.
  5. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

I was taught that if you base your power in your arms, you are doing this wrong. Ofc professional athletes do train arms as well. But if we are talking about us mere mortals, learning power transfer from legs and core and focusing on that usually yields better results.
  6. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

According to my personal trainer: - Various planks, including bear blank and bear walking. - Sitting down and standing up without using hands in various ways (core + legs) - boxing (using proper technique)
  7. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

the numbers you are quoting refer to sponge only. G1 has thicccccc topsheet (the rubbery part of the "table tennis rubber", historically the thickest sponge for G1 was 2mm because of that). Plat has super thin topsheet which allows you up to 2.3mm sponge. This thinner topsheet gives you an...
  8. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

    Still very fast imo :)
  9. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

ALCS is the ALC with spruce middle layer between carbon and top, https://en.butterfly.tt/innerforce-layer-alc-s.html
  10. Rubber of choice for offensive USA1300 level player?

BTW, the real question is whether you struggle with spin generation with this setup. If not, do you really need confirmation from people on this forum :p If you do struggle get some slower all wood traditional blade and move rozenas on it (you mentioned in other thread you have ALC.S with...
  11. Rubber of choice for offensive USA1300 level player?

Do you train or just play? Are you part of a club? How often and how long you train. Again showing some game footage would be helpful. That being said the setup is probably fine if you get coached. It is quite similar to what kiddos buy when they get decent in club I used to play in. The one...
  12. Rubber of choice for offensive USA1300 level player?

What sponge thickness you are running? When you play can you feel ball bottoming out? (it usually makes a quite loud sound) (I mean do you bottom out the sponge with your own power)
  13. Rubber of choice for offensive USA1300 level player?

How long have you been playing with this setup?
  14. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

Show us how you play in the Safe Thread.
  15. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

I mostly agree with other people in this thread. My controversial opinion is that thin 7 ply + semi-worn MXP/ELP combo is fine for people that are being actively coached.
  16. Does it really matter what paddle to use?

It matters, but in reverse sense that what general consensus here is. More often than not, too fast equipment will harm your progress.
  17. Difference between mx d, fx d and hybrid mk

So, just to be sure, you have those two rubbers, and you are asking us how do they compare? What are your feelings about them? Have you tried playing FX-D on BH and MX-D on FH? Any chance on showing some game footage?
  18. Does Tibhar MX-D compare to Tenergy 05?

MX-D is harder to play by much. You need to play a fair bit harder. It is easier to play thin contact with Tenergy 05. For my stroke Tenergy has much higher trajectory. With flat hits it was easier to have good speed with MX-D.
  19. Mizuno Q Quality a cheap and performant tensor that matches Tenergy 05 at half price

https://tabletennis.inters.pl/product-eng-1738-Pips-in-XIOM-Vega-Europa-red.html?query_id=1 Not sure if the free delivery is international or Poland only. Price is tied to PLN. So when Polski Złoty plumets the price will drop as well.
  20. A cheap way to improve on a daily basis.

I have 3 total. 2 I made myself for free (out of garbage in the garage :p). There is also thread about it anyone thinks its interesting. In mid June I will be able to play again with a robot. Can't wait until that happens :p (provided that the Joola Infinity will work for once).
