  1. New FH Rubber - Suggests?

If 53 Gewo does not let you feel ball well Hurricane will not let you either. Fastarc G1 is a very safe bet. I would ask around first and maybe try it from someone.
  2. New FH Rubber - Suggests?

Did you like the Gewo El Pro 48?
  3. New FH Rubber - Suggests?

If I find my old sheet of Tenergy I might be able to donate that to you if you pay the shipping. (Note for moderators and nitpickers, not selling the rubber giving it for free) You have played the game a bit. What other rubbers you tried even for a while when borrowed from clubmate? What do you...
  4. Anybody tried Yinhe Mercury 3?

The rubber has a Yinhe Mercury Storm labeling on it. Then this might be useful https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/showthread.php?24554-Being-a-tall-player-and-new-yinhe-rubber-(mercury-storm). The only thing I don't understand is that why they label it as a cake sponge when it is quite...
  5. Some advice please

Agreed. When you go flexible you sacrifice a bit of flat hitting performance. As MOG can attest to I believe.Dear OP it is not whether you spin the ball, it is whether you brush it. If you hit relatively flat you still can add some decent spin.I believe that you could be possibly happy with some...
  6. Who has the best backhand in tabletennis?

This discussion is very much enjoyable but I highly encourage modeling your BH stroke based on your physical capabilities. If you learn too use too long of a stroke, you mind end up out of breath every 3 cannons or destabilized.
  7. My paddle & help

TBH in the case that Butterfly does not support this damage I would let this to be fixed by local professional. If the top is damaged the professional will probably have spare wood to substitute top layer. Either way after the fix blade will play differently.
  8. WTB Butterfly Ovtcharov ALC

Sup, I want to buy a Butterfly Ovtcharov ALC, Preferably a well-used one. Without too much dinks.
  9. Yasaka Rakza 7 vs Nittaku Fastarc G-1

Not on BH. I far prefer Rakza 7 on BH.
  10. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

For me, the biggest difference between bouncy grippy rubbers and dead hard tacky rubbers is that with the latter, in order to be effective you have to commit to the ball when the time is right. With the bouncy rubbers, I usually can afford a little bit more hesitation. That being said. I have a...
  11. What do you guys do with old rubbers?

If you ever need someone to donate to a National Hurricane, I will gladly take that burden from you and give you confirmation on paper that I will use it and don't resell it :p
  12. What do you guys do with old rubbers?

I usually exchange/ sell/ donate them depending on the rubber.
  13. My paddle & help

Contact Butterfly, this should never happen to a genuine product.
  14. I need some help with my rubbers

I payed 25-30€ for Gewo El Pro and about 45€ for Fastarc G1.
  15. TCore Kim Taek Soo Core ALC Blade

Probably material selection. Top-notch blades cost a lot. The issue is that a lot of us will not be able to tell the difference. I've played with half a dozen of Innerforce clone-like blades, and there were a couple of outliers (funny enough none of those were Butterfly) in terms of quality...
  16. I need some help with my rubbers

+1, those Donic rubbers are very good. I've been running Gewo El Pro 48, and I would recommend this rubber for both FH and BH any day of the week. Fastarc G1 is also very good.
  17. ALC vs ZLC vs

Through all my EJ attempts I tried to look for patterns, understand different materials, and the only thing I learned is that blade is not a sum of its parts. I tried numerous blades but Donic Ovtcharov Senso No.1, V14 Pro, and Gambler Fire Dragon Touch are by far my favorite blades. They have...
  18. TableTennis11 v Pongfinity

    (3) Coach Lin - YouTube - Coach Lin has some.
  19. Need a purchase advice

One plus for V14 Pro. Great blade. For rubbers I would go with Palio AK Blue + Red for you and blues for kiddos. For kiddos blades Sanwri Fextra is great. Most of people might not agree with that but kids are more than capable of using that.
  20. Table Surface Thickness

You mean 30mm right? In Poland, most regional and national tournaments are played on Tibhar Smash or equivalent. So 28mm thickness.
