Coached or not does not matter. Playing nice top spins by the book top spins does not guarantee wins. The only thing that guarantees the win is getting the ball bounce on the other half of the table. What one might consider "by the book technique" is just what we consider the most efficient way...

Fastarc G1 is not that heavy and works well on FH. Xiom Omega V Asia or Tour might also work. I would suggest checking the wieght yourself. For BH I really really love Gewo ElPro 48

I am not a big fan of him personally, but he has a very nice taste of blades. I will probably get the Butterfly version later just out of curiosity. I am pretty sure that, whichever blade OP picks, he will have a great time.

I played with this rubber on FH for some time, but it spent most of the time in the bag. For the love of god, this rubber does not fare well with time. After a year of being glued (stored with a protective adhesive sheet) this feels like a re-heated old cutlet. Feels terrible. I tried reboosting...

That is a fine collection. How does handle of No.1 Senso compare to the Butterlfy version?

I would go as far that No.1 Senso just a very good higher-end version of DHS Long 5 commercial. The ball feeling is just so much better than the normal version (I've got both Senso and non-Senso version).

The only thing I can say about those rubbers is that some of them seemed to crack the sponges.

Joola Tango PS. Great for BH. Quite springy and soft despite sponge hardness rating.

BTW, when looking at Long 5 clones, consider Donic Ovtcharov/Original No.1, they are very very very close (you can find one of my threads when I compared No.1 Senso to Long 5 based on dimensions). They are not that much cheaper though.

Add Pro-Feeling to that list as well. The issue I have with Yinhe is a severe lack of details for us EJs (am I an EJ if I had not changed equipment last year?). I tried to figure out the top ply of the 970XX for a long while. Yinhe has a lot of different Viscaria like blades, but I have not...

When I had mine, I just applied very thin layer of sealant. I still managed to nick it, but nothing really really bad happened even after 3 rubber changes.

I've used Asics Rockets and Blades. Both of them are great, but I would rather recommend the latter. Half of my club uses them.

True carbon inner has following composition: Technology: 7 plies of Kiri (inner), Hybrid Aramid Carbon (3+5), Ayous (2&6), Koto (1&7, outer) And the no.1 senso has ayous core and limba outer.

It should be quite good. This blade likes tacky stuff. When it comes to backhand I've used only Gewo EL Pro 48 and Victas 1-Stiff, and much preferred the first one. I think that Acuda should be just fine.
