I had played RPB for 6 years. It’s counterintuitive but I find tacky or half-tacky rubber works really well on bh. I’ve also played T64, Vega Europe, R7, MXP but tacky rubbers gave me way more confidence. Tacky rubbers for bh: TG3-60 H3-50 H8-80 H8 38 degree K1 H3 37

In the provincial BS, the only difference is the topsheet. TG2 topsheet is harder than H3, hence in high impact TG2 has a higher catapult effect. In low impact, TG2 topsheet feels more “dead” than H3.

I concur. BS without boosting is pretty dead slow. If you insist without boosting, I would buy Neo H3 39 BS so it’s a bit easier on your learning curve
