  1. Skyline TG2 Provincial Blue Sponge

For those of you who dislike the newer DHS rubber with half-tacky topsheet, Neo TG2 is still as tacky as back in 2008. Just put 3 layers of booster and it will actually perform a very descent job. High spin potential than H3 provincial for sure. The last stock I bought was in 2018 and it was...

Tibhar K1 plus is similar to H3 40 degree. K2 is close to H3 41 degree. K2 also has less tack than K1.

  5. Austrian Open 2019 [12-17 November 2019]

What a fantastic match!! I would say we have two winners - FZD and Boll. Well if you take into account Boll's age and slower pace, you can see Boll has outperformed anyone at his age group. So congratulations to both FZD and Boll.

  11. Thinking about moving away from chinese rubbers.

TBH Chinese rubbers barely sell well outside China. Most people use Jap or Euro rubbers and there are plenty of choices. I respect your choice. And your choice is not difficult to make.
  12. Just curious how many Penholders are on TTD?

Yeah I agree. You have a built-in style that you are comfortable with. At the amateur level many styles can flourish. We don't have to follow the pro. But with the newer ball hitters are gaining more advantages anyway ;)

  16. What rubber I should get? Blue sponge or orange sponge?

Natioanal 42 hardness. But pro can hit every stroke consistently strong. Many of us aren't capable of and don't need national rubbers. Provincial 39-40 would suit most amateurs.
  17. What rubber I should get? Blue sponge or orange sponge?

No, OS is more lively than BS. Anothet factor to consider is the hardness. For hardness 39-40 it's ready to play provided your stroke is strong enough to engage the sponge. If it's 41degree many people aren't strong enough to engage the sponge therefore need a few layers of boosting.
  18. Rubber suggestions for a Jpen player

TT is so different without Jpen players. I miss the era of RSM. The footwork, the FH, the power and the spirit.
