Its more of a thing like when i apply protective film onto it, like it sticks to everywhere else but the letters at the bottom and since it sticks to everywhere else, the part at the bottom has a slightly lighter or duller colour.

W Wait why shouldnt you use cleaning solution on tacky rubbers? i use it all the time and it preserves the tack and grip nicely. after many hours of use maybe not quite itnensive but definitely around 80 hours, it feels new still and literally the same amount of tack if not even tackier.
