  1. When to change equipment?

this depends on the blade you use it with. If your blade is (too)fast i could even see you using a Nittaku PK50 Sieger, simply because it is VERY controlled in the short game and you would need to put quite some effort in to overshoot the table, because it is not easy to activate.
  2. Alternative for Joola Golden Tango PS

faster and easier to activate iirc : Yasaka Rakza Z slower and harder to activate: Nittaku PK50 Sieger
  3. Need Recommendation and suggestion for someone new to sport!

There should be enough cheap 5 Ply woods available from Tibhar and DHS as well. Just get something in the range of alround+ to offensive- .Rubberwise I would not go the Chinese road because it will lead to very bad habits without coaching.
  4. When to change equipment?

If you don't want to get better quickly, then the best way is to choose an outer carbon blade like a Viscaria with one side T05 which will be too bouncy for you to control and the other side dignics 09c which is so hard that you won't be able to activate it. Or you simply stick with your setup...
  5. Need Recommendation and suggestion for someone new to sport!

buy a cheap and proper 5ply wood like a yasaka sweden extra and spend the money saved on proper rubbers. Why do you f' around with stupid other peoples chinese rubbers who are the worst you could give to somebody without coaching. if you even fail to push consistently with these chinese...
  6. Upgrading my Nittaku Fastarc G1.

yes, it is the very latest rubber from nittaku and said to be the successor to the hammond z2 rubber. it is a little harder with its 52.5° sponge, but its not hard to activate sponge, the spin is pretty good and it is easy to loop underspin. Basically an evolution of the g-1 i would say. There...
  7. Upgrading my Nittaku Fastarc G1.

i would throw in the nittaku genextion if you want an upgrade in speed and spin to the G-1 and still have a rubber that is quite easy to play.
  8. Nittaku Genextion is out

I was only talking about forehand. I have the v22 de on another blade already, but that has more speed and lower throw as well. I will stick to the Genextion for a month at least. I already played it for a few weeks a few month ago, but then the EJ bug bit me :p You can compare these victas...
  9. Nittaku Genextion is out

got some anecdotal evidence here: So i was playing with the victas v>20 extra which was very controlled, spinny enough but the low throw and low endspeed made my game more secure but less powerful. while playing with this setup the added control had these effect: Player A is a lefty playing...
  10. Victas V20 extra

V20 extra is having the same grippy top sheet like the V20 double extra, so that is good. Compared to the V15 it does have a lower throw that one needs to get accustomed to. V20 is slower than V15, but offers more spin
  11. Mizuno wave drive 8 vs Butterfly Lezoline Rifones

My experience with bty lezolines vs mizuno was that I have an 2 year old pair of Wave drive medal 6 which show no signs of wear while I had to replace the butterfly shoes already after nearly a year. They simply had more than 3 place where the stitching Tore or the glue of the Outer Sole was...
  12. DHS 301Z vs BTY Innerforce ALC

The 301Z is the slowest with the deepest hold on Topspin. It is still faster than many 5 ply all wood blades of course. If you need even more speed, you will need to go innerforce
  13. Xiom Omni Hayabusa - ZLX & ZLPro

ZL Pro seems really controlled and playing this with a chinese rubber would be to demanding for me. It is nothing close to the HAL, but rather a way more controlled racket.
  14. Xiom Omni Hayabusa - ZLX & ZLPro

since it is on sale on tt11 i bought the ZL Pro and had them add the new Victas V20 Extra (which is also on discount) to it. It's gonna arrive tomorrow and i am looking forward to test it.
  15. Nittaku New Products 2024

the handle is thicker and i think you will like it.
  16. Need advise for my backhand rubber (Currently Rakza Z)

Seeing videos of different nations amateurs I come to the conclusion that the general style of amateur play does vary very much from country to country. While many countries have amateurs basically only do drives and long balls, in Germany it is very different. Here up to about 1400 TTR you will...
  17. Friendship 729 battle 3

After a session of mainly Matchplay with the H301z + H39 Battle 3 I am a bit disappointed. Short game is magnificent, looping from half distance is also pretty good, but that's it. I did not find the courage to loop close table with it and resorted to win games by serve receive and short game...
  18. Nittaku Sieger PK50 vs Yasaka Rakza Z vs DHS Hurricane 8-80 38'

Rakza Z is more easy to play and as durable.
  19. Friendship 729 battle 3

I just glued the H39 version on the DHS H301Z and it is worlds apart from the old one. This one can easily lift the ball
  20. Friendship 729 battle 3

tbh, your assessment of the rubber is pretty much the opposite of Dario Grds review. He says that the rubber is good for looping and spinning and rather average for smashes and blocks.
