The whole situation is so sad. TT365 is a brilliant website. I would go as far as saying that I have not seen anything better in the TT world. But I know that there's some relationship strain between the personnel in TTE and TT365 beyond the matter of the software.

What the umpire was probably referring to is the fact that whatever rule is decided at ITTF level, the local leagues have their own set of rules. Eg, in my local league, timeouts and coaching during matchplay are specifically not allowed.
