I also use water at the end of my session. Most cleaners can dry out the rubber faster, making it feel more dead if they are used too often. The oil on the topsheet gives some of that life back into the dying/dry rubbers, so you can use them a few more weeks/months
When I was beginning, I liked how ma lin played the most, though my penhold style resembled wang hao's more with the frequent RPB use.
Now that I've switched to shakehand, I find myself liking Ma Long's play the most. And even more after I saw the interview that he doesn't stay up late, drink...
I've always done it before I glue the rubbers on, so I don't get the rubbers dirty, and I can get an easier angle sanding.
I just used my finger to rub the sandpaper, and get the grip very comfortable.

Any suggestions, corrections, additions would be greatly appreciated.
I feel it can be any number of things, and you can easily get frustrated.
It just happens some days, but in a competition, I find having a plan B keeps myself from going into total self destruction.
I was thinking the same thing about all 3 of those quotes.
"Serve - Spin - Chop - Win!" or loop is also catchy.
Going to be hard to choose only one in the beginning.
As in the title, I was thinking of making some bracelets to promote ping pong (and publicity for my new online store)
Such as the Lance Armstrong ones that became a trend:
What would be good to put on it that you might actually wear?
Also, any color suggestions?
