I would just stick with what you have tbh.

If you want a new rubber, I'd consider either vega europe or rakza 7 soft. Soft rubbers that are not fast but can deliver in terms of spin.

Spend more of your time practicing, equipment in the end will be more about a matter of preference than improving your playing quality.

I made the mistake to move to fast equipment way too early.
An all to all+ blade is totally fine I guess, but if you want to switch , you should go to all+/off-site maximum.

Plus, I guess you should use 1.7 on BH and 1.9 on FH, not the opposite, but that's up to your preference.
If I were you, I would definitely keep the blade for some more years.

I don't know about tacky rubbers, but if I were to choose a controlled BH rubber, I guess I'd go with xiom Vega intro (or Vega pro maybe but it's quite taster) or yasaka mark V maybe.
