Tibhar shorts/skirts sizes

Hey everyone,
This is my first post here and I need help with the sizing for tt shorts and skirts. I need some help choosing correct size because I messaged tibhar a few days ago, and I'm guessing I will not be getting an answer, so I'm hoping someone on here can help. I have a tibhar shorts size m, it says on it unisex and I don't know how smaller the skirt will be. At the same time there's no shops around the area I live that I could visit to look at it.
So my question is, how smaller? About one size? I don't want to deal with sending back if it doesn't fit properly, can't be bothered...
