Hey guys ,i need your help in knowing some elaborated techniques in receiving Inverse Side Spin Serve from both back hand and forehand,,

Elaborate way? I guess it all depends on whether the serve is short or long. Short sidespin serve can usuallu be flicked fairly easily. You could of course you the sidespin and play a sidespin dig/push return. Long sidespin serves need to be attacked with a topspin. Again you could use the sidespin to play a fancy topspin, like a fade, if appropriate.
