Hey guys! I want to improve footwork because I am 1.84 and I want to move really quickly and catch every ball. I have long legs (1.10m) I can't move fast now. How do I really improve it in 2 weeks with working hard? (I'm training 5 hours everyday) (I have an important match after 2 weeks)

Hi i want to ask for your opinion about my short backspin serve.The serve is still in construction , still big margins of errors made ... but in general i feel ok about it . The point is to have "fast" short bacspin serve with minimal two bounces at the oponent side of table. Thanks Robert
