Hello again, table tennis community :)

I am here asking something different than a review or suggest about rubbers or blades. Have someone here experienced corns on the palm right before the fingers? From some time I started training and participating in tours more often and I play like about 14h for a week - is that too much? Physically I feel just ok and seeing improvements in my game, but I gained one or two corns on my play hand. The blade is Timo Boll ALC but itself is not uncomfortable and the handle is fine.
So - do you have some experienced with this kind of problems? I tried using a thin glove for gym to cover my entire palm, but i lost sense to the blade and ball itself. Are there some type of finger taping or something? Taking this topic on tennis, Rafa Nadal plays with a lot of finger tape on his palm, but have someone here tried what happens in table tennis?

Best Regards

Calluses?

Usually it occurs at where ring finger meets the palm

Not a big deal actually. Just try to loosen up your grip, mainly relying on thumb and index finger to hold/stabilize your blade

Or, the fastest way is to add grip tape to the handle (though it may affect blade feeling, but that's pretty subjective)
