S968 and Q968
These are the professional versions used by SYS and WCQ respectively. Price is set the same as national W968 (¥3000).
Difference compared to W968:

  • Core ply thickness: S>Q>W (Q is only slightly thicker than W)
  • Overall thickness: W>Q>S
  • BH crisp: S>Q>W
  • Dwell time: W>Q>S

Hurricane Long 5A
This is the first OUTER ALC in the HL series. Thickness 6mm. Price similar to HL5

Hurricane Wang acB
Inner ALC but changed to the ALC similar to that in Butterfly blades. Thickness 5.8mm. Price lower than HL5. Reviewer said this behaves similarly to HL5 but with a more crisp BH, easier to access power.

Saw some douyin (Chinese TikToks) on reviews for S968 and Q968.

Here's the gist of what they said:
S968 plays a lot like W968-8, very flat arc on both wings, feeling is very clear, has a feeling that's in between inner and outer carbon blades. Doesn't have as much spin as W968. Very good backhand. Once used to the low arc, the blade becomes addicting to use.
Q968 notably has a softer core, unlike W968 which can be very hard. Much easier to hit through the blade. Shots are very spinny but doesn't have that noticable kick effect that W968 has. Backhand does not feel as good as S968 or Grand Slam W968. The backhand is quicker than W968 but still need to hit through blade for it to produce high quality shots.
