Dunno, but he's done literally nothing for table tennis in my area. TTE are one of the most useless organisations i've ever seen. Too many fat blokes in suits doing nothing.

The good side is he only messed with you guys for less than 3 years. The Badminton folks had to stick with him for 15 years.
