Here's one I usually recommend:

Yinhe U2 is a good all wood blade and likely a better choice for beginners than a cheap blade with carbon. Mercury 2 is always solid. 9000e I have no experience with but it should get the job done for a few months until the first rubber change where they can start using better Loki and Yinhe rubbers.
Too expensive. I want it to be 20€ maximum.
There are some Loki blades at this price, but I don't know how they are compared to the Kokutaku I linked.

What pre-made racquet would you buy for 10/20€ ? For 2 full beginners of my club, I ordered the 4* following racquets : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000971491119.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2fra

I'm wondering if, for the same price, or a little more, there was a way better bargain for pre-made. For self made racquet, I think that Loki K2 + Rxton 1 + Mercury II can't be overtaken, but I don't want to build racquets for dozens of people.
Speaking from beginner perspective I tried Yinhe N10S and N11S what feels reasonable for me. Mercury II I tried and is quite good, but for now I switched for Friendship/729 Cross (blue sponge on black rubber, orange on red side) which I feel is little better control. This 729 Cross I saw on price only little higher than Mercury II
Edit: sorry I only realised this blades may be too high for the budget

And I ask for pre-made racquet. I already know quite well the self made setups that are good and very cheap.
Don't some shops offer free assembling of the racket/rubbers if you buy all items from the same place?

I recall receiving an assembled racket (2x Mercury IIs + N11s) for around $20

I plan to grab Sanwei Target National, blue sponge, BEFORE they make them less tacky AGAIN!

I will get some H3 neo provincial blue sponge 40 degree or even 41 degree as I am thinking about going up from 39 degree. If the price on Aliexpress is not that cheap, then I will order from Prott.

Maybe get some cheap short pips and long pips to fool around with.

I am done experimenting with blades so no need for that.

You don't want to try some of the other versions of Target? I really like Target lately

I have the cheaper one (about $10 per sheet) orange sponge. I like them. But I still like blue sponge more.

For example, I think the Sanwei Target National orange sponge for $10 each is much better deal with DHS H3 commercial oranges sponge. In fact, it is better than Mercury II; the latter is just too slow.

So since I tried Sanwei Target National orange sponge and blue sponge, I think I am done.

For example, I have sheet of Loki Arthur China that is still sitting there. I need to try that first before buying more stuff!

However, experimenting with short and long pips is something I am interested in trying again. And you cannot get pips so cheap except on Aliexpress!

My wishlist:

-Friendship/729 Yellow KLC ADVANCE blade (my main blade is the Friendship Yellow ALC, I wonder how klc advance compares to it)
-Loki Rxton 5 Pro blade (because of the basalt fiber, the yinhe pro feeling with basalt fiber is a really good blade)
How is the 729 yellow alc? For some reason 729 doesnt get much attention as a blade maker

From hwsport

I just found this on AliExpress: 111,98€ | LOKI Arthur W81 Inner Table Tennis Blade Brand New 5+2 Aromatic Carbon Ping Pong Blade Professional Base Board with Original Box
yeah, that's unfortunate. Just apply for a refund. I bet the Box and name is also confusing for the warehouse, so they might've just grabbed the wrong box.

Are there any stores that will do racket assembly for you?
I believe all of them can assemble for you if you buy a whole set from them. There are also "combos" you can order that will definitely assemble for you.

For example: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256807749038028.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.35.540bybKVybKVOE&algo_pvid=40219023-702a-4c67-84c6-774ee37f359f&algo_exp_id=40219023-702a-4c67-84c6-774ee37f359f-17&pdp_npi=4@dis!USD!85.52!81.24!!!85.52!81.24!@2101effb17310079782146579e2097!12000042931414300!sea!US!1644340096!X&curPageLogUid=0SN11SEx0Yjw&utparam-url=scene:search|query_from:&_gl=1*bq0t6n*_gcl_aw*R0NMLjE3Mjg2ODMwMzIuQ2p3S0NBandtYU80QmhBaEVpd0E1cDRZTF9lQ290S3EzRWlVNERSOUJ0RFgxVzZBemZ5bndIZUVWckVWR0Z6V29kVTBrS1hucFVuOTJ4b0NyLVFRQXZEX0J3RQ..*_gcl_dc*R0NMLjE3Mjg2ODMwMzIuQ2p3S0NBandtYU80QmhBaEVpd0E1cDRZTF9lQ290S3EzRWlVNERSOUJ0RFgxVzZBemZ5bndIZUVWckVWR0Z6V29kVTBrS1hucFVuOTJ4b0NyLVFRQXZEX0J3RQ..*_gcl_au*ODYyMTk3MDgwLjE3Mjg4NjU0MjY.*_ga*MDE4ZGY0NWYtOThlYi00MjlhLWFhMzYtNjFjNWZkZWI2ZDYxLjE2OTY4ODE2MzAyNzI.*_ga_VED1YSGNC7*MTczMTAwNzk2Ny4yODMuMS4xNzMxMDA3OTc5LjQ4LjAuMA..
