anyone knows if wtt and or ittf discontinued u21 events?

been searching for this topic sometimes, i remember years ago i've seen some u21 world rankings and ittf u21 opens, anyone knows if they discontinued this since wtt and if possible why?

basically feeder is suppose to fit that space of U19 upwards to contender level.

youth (juniors) has more age groups - 11/13/15/17/19 too. with 15 and 19 in the WJTTC.
