Just watching Karlson vs Fan (Dortmund-Saarbrücken) on YouTube. Fan uses the red rubber on his forehand constantly. No blue sponge visible.

Weird theory considering Dortmund doesnt play with Tibhar stuff but Andro tables and Andro ZeroT balls. And both are far from being "slippery".

The picture is from the teamevent several days before i suppose.

But just to make it clear. We were talking about the last match they have against Dortmund IN Dortmund.
And in Dortmund you wont find any equipment related to Tibhar aside from Darko Jorgic probably^^
Dortmund is completely Andro sponsored, which is why that statement is debunked imo.
We will see, maybe we wont see FZD with H3 anymore

Yes, FZD did use D09C but as mentioned before Dortmund neither uses Tibhar balls nor Tibhar tables.
H3 likes ZeroT (supposedly this is just a relabeled DHS DJ40+) in almost all playing conditions
H3 dislikes Nittaku Premium, Nexcel, and JTop especially in humid conditions (never played with Nittaku SD which is made in China so very likely a relabeled DHS ball which should be better).

Yes, there are some ball table combinations that are a pita to play (regardless the equipment or conditions) but I highly doubt that Dortmund relabeled their tables and/or used Tibhar balls for this match.

In short: we need a different hypothesis why FZD used D09C on FH

What Tao Yuchang meant (explaining what he did in past matches) is that he twiddles/changes according to the tables and balls which keep changing. He even explained to Hao Shuai how Dortmund wouldn't let anyone wear a blue jersey into the locker room and FZD was an exception if you are strong enough to make them bend the rules.
