Anyone notice Fan Zhendong using red rubber on forehand

Fzd using red on the forehand i have never seen this, is it some type of Hurricane or 09c is a possibility on his fh??

Theres also another forum talking about that. Its just his normal racket flipped around so D09C red and his hurricane on black whenever he plays for bundesliga/champions league/ german cup

FZD is doing the world a service with this adjustment regardless, some experts like to pretend there is no way an advanced Hurricane user can like D09c on the forehand because boosted Hurricane is just sooooo different. Those experts, while right in some theoretical sense, have now been confounded with new evidence and I think many players who felt they had to use Hurricane on forehand to play like the CNT will now take comfort in this development.

Just heard from someone that the common story is that he wasn't happy with Dignics 09c on his backhand. I guess qe will find out what is really driving all this in time.

Most likely he wasn't happy with Hurricane on FH, seamless balls doesn't create as much spin given by hurricane, and the table is more slippery than DHS so the droopy second bounce from H3 isn't as strong, so 09c for more speed is preferable

So the idea is that he will play H3 on forehand for seamed and D09c on forehand for seamless.

Hurricane 3 boosted can be as a perfect rubber like Dignics09C. I means it can do everything with a skillful player. No matter using on FH or BH.

That's interesting makes sense perhaps due to the fast Tibhar tables.
